### "Lots of Kinks"

The problems are the AT1s do not track real time and they don't pick up when the asset is in our warehouse. I do like the maintenance reminders but it has taken a long time to get all the maintenance entered. There are multiple issues with the reports. If they are inaccurate, they really do us no good. For example, the "Speeding Report" showed that one of my trucks was speeding but only showed him going 10 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Pros

I do like that we can track our trucks maintenance schedules, location, engine codes etc.

Cons

The GPS doesn't work as well as the sales person said and we have had multiple glitches in the MGS800 trackers. For the amount of money it cost us to use FC, you would think it would work better.

### "Asset trackers do not work most of the time."

Do not get this software of hardware. Do not work properly most of the time.

Pros

Customer service pick up phone immediately. But most of the time they are unable to resolve the issue.

Cons

When devices stopped working(which is most of the time), it is big hassle to fixed them. I shipped two defective devices back in July, 2017 and still have not received any replacements yet. I called Customer services several time and every time they promise to call me back. But nobody called me back about this issue.

The pros are simple, Fleet complete allows me to know where my service vehicles are at and where they've been up to about the last three months if needed. If I have a Technician with a lot of what we refer to as inefficient travel time, i.e. he constantly takes longer to get to and from each job, it's remarkably easy for me to use Fleet complete and the Trip Replay fuction to go back over a specific period of time and see exactly where they've been and how long it took them to get there, even better, if there were any stops along the way. I compare that to their time sheets and I can quickly tell if a Technician is taking a few liberties on their reported travel labour. Fleet Complete shows you when they started their vehicle, when it started moving, what it's speeds were, what route was taken, arrival time, any time they went off course and how long for and any unexpected stops along the way.... basically everything you need to know if a Tech is reporting their travel and onsite time accurately. We have recently purchased a few new vehicles and the company made the decision not to install GPS devices and use Fleet Complete to track those vans, telling me that I could use the GPS data from their phone and out new Work Order system to get the same information. They were wrong. Fleet complete takes way less time to navigate and has substantially better data displayed in a much more user friendly way. The cons are that I still need to open Google Maps and use street view to see where some of those unplanned stops I mentioned are actually at.

### "Fleet Complete Review"

Pros

This software gives me a realtime visual on where our assets are located. Knowing where our trucks or machinery are located helps me plan and coordinate our daily routes/jobs for employees. In emergency cases, knowing where everything is at the touch of a button is very crucial.

Cons

No complaints as of now! We do not utilize this software to its full potential, so I'm looking forward to going more in depth as to what it is capable of.

Pros

There is nothing good I can say about this company. They will not let you out of your contract even though they do not hold up there end of the contract. When trying to get out of the contract since the system wasn't working properly I got the run around. They put me in touch with four different people. They also told me they would contact me in 48 hours but after a week of waiting I had to contact them.

Cons

Was mislead by the rep that it tracks in real time. The devices don't even track my trucks. Very unreliable. I've used other GPS systems that are MUCH more reliable.

Keeping track of vehicles and being able to use the geo fencing feature have been critical. The driver weekly reports are always a bonus for us too.

Pros

We had a lot of paper log violations before using Fleet Complete, it makes the driver aware of any issues before they occur.

Pros

It was easy to install in our trucks, and the drivers find it easy to navigate for the most part.

Cons

Once in a while it will switch the driver from off duty to on duty for no reason. It's an easy fix, but does take time away from the driver when they have to edit.

It was a great experience working with PowerFleet. I just wish they can take the implementation to the next level and give clients an option to use PowerFleet as a resource for change management. I think PowerFleet can help new customers a lot in that aspect. They have a reach to clients and resources across the industry and knowledge that needs to be transferred from old customers to new. Aside from anything else, I think this will be a new revenue source for PowerFleet

Pros

Data manipulation is the best feature of the software

Cons

It is hard to switch through different pages and data visualizations fast. A report can take up to 1 minute to run. Reports can be customized but I cannot rename the reports and store them in different sections. Right now, we have one section to put all the customized reports. Scheduling reports - it is a great feature but I wish there was better way to schedule the reports

### "Horrible Experience"

After signing contract the customer service was horrible. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] refused to call me back on numerous occasions. I couldn’t get anyone to cancel the contract that had to be canceled within the 30 day free trial. The cameras and GPS did not work properly. The GPS platform was so outdated it had road names that were changed 5 years ago. The monthly bill was supposed to be $594 for 12 units. My first bill that I shouldn’t have received at all was $1,658.59. I have countless hours invested in this whole ordeal and am currently on the phone now with AT&T still trying to resolve everything. It’s been an absolute nightmare. We went with Samsara and so far are very pleased with them.

### "Accurate Fleet Visibility"

The software has really helped us monitor fleet on the ground and control all activities with ease using mobile devices . Field staff management, job allocation to idle drivers has been made easy.

Pros

One is able to see the location of vehicles, the progress, see all vehicles and their routes and monitor their movement in real time.

Cons

The mobile application keeps failing hence tracking becomes difficult.

Pros

It covers most of what we need well and the people at Fleet are great to work with. Auto dispatch to mobile devices helps cut down the 'noise' in the office by eliminating about half our phones calls compared to before using an auto dispatch.

Cons

There is some choppiness to data entry that could be made smoother, military time is not available and that would speed up data entry a lot. Also they have some glitches in the system that can be frustrating but it seems they are working diligently to correct them. We used their earlier version of Courier Complete for 10 years, that system was excellent and I'm sure this newer version will get there eventually too.
