### "POWER FLEET GPS REVIEW"

Overall, our experience with Power Fleet, has been good. I have been working with my Rep to try and keep everything user friendly for what I need. And the cost, compared to other GPS equipment, is considerably cheaper. Together we will overcome whatever challenges that arise in the new future.

Pros

The best part of Power Fleet is the overall value for the money. With all the features, location tracking, engine hours, the AEMP program that allowed me to add my equipment to the website, it is all good. Any problems are usually addressed in quick response time. The communication with my Rep is always on point.

Cons

One set back is the website, for reports, is Not very user friendly. I have to configure a few times to get what I need or call my Rep and ask her to run it for me. Then there is the contract and cancellation process. When we sell, or return, do not own something anymore it takes some time for it to leave my asset list. If the owner logs in, he asks why equipment is still there we do not have anymore.

Reason for choosing Powerfleet

We have been with, now Power Fleet, since the old Trimble days. Pulse, and everything else that has come along since I started working with this in 2006.

### "BE AWARE!!!"

SOMEWHERE FAR BELOW POOR. Bad equipment. Worse service. Very shady, underhanded business practices to top it off.

Started with Big Road and "upgraded" to Fleet Complete. Bad choice!

BE AWARE!!! Along with below average hardware and software and poor customer service they are also a predatory company as we have just experienced. We signed a 3 year contract in May of 2021. We experienced a continual decline in the reliability of their hardware. Our trucks had continual connection issues. Customer service continued to get worse. We decided to cancel service in May of 2024 when our contract expired. I called numerous times and could not speak with anyone at Fleet Complete about this. All of my calls went straight to voice mail. I left numerous messages with Fleet Complete that we were cancelling the service. NO PERSON CALLED BACK to walk us through the cancellation process. So I sent an email that we are cancelling service. Now, Fleet Complete now has sent a COLLECTION AGENCY AFTER US CLAIMING WE OWE AN "EARLY TERMINATION FEE." THEY CLAIM THAT IN OUR ORIGINAL CONTRACT THERE IS FINE PRINT THAT STATES THAT "WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE IS NEEDED 60 DAYS BEFORE CONTRACT EXPRIES OR THE CONTRACT WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY FOR 3 MORE YEARS!!!!!" THIS IS PREDATORY IN NATURE AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!! BE VERY AWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Pros

Personalized customer service with one rep who helped us anytime we had an issue

The hardware MSG800 often failed and it took very long to get replaced by an installer

Great experience using Fleet Complete. One of the better fleet-based organizations out there. I have used other ones and most of them are relatively similar, but this one definitely stands out. So easy to set up as well

Pros

I like all the features that are included like the tracking, the reminders, and even the warnings and speed limits you can set for your fleet. It keeps driving so much safer. It also makes it easier to schedule appointments for preventative maintenances

Cons

Sometimes the website can be a little difficult to navigate and the connections with the vehicle can be a little spotty sometimes, but overall it doesn't pose too much of an issue

### "Sales Team Lied; Devices Stopped Working; Couldn't Cancel"

Worst vendor I have worked with in all my years of business. I cannot recommend against them more highly. Horrendous experience.

Pros

Nothing. From Day 1, it did not have the functionality that was advertised.

Cons

The sales team lied through their teeth. I was told that I could either pay for the device up front or get the devices for free but sign a 3 year contract with an early termination fee. I chose to pay for the devices. However, in the fine print, they kept the early termination fee. The devices immediately did not have the abilities that were advertised. Support was no help. ~1.5 years in, devices stopped working one by one. Support was no help. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't let me because I had an open support ticket (the fact that devices wouldn't work but they couldn't figure it out), so I was continually paying ~$340 / month even tho we transitioned to a different provider - because even the GPSs stopped working. Still got charged an early termination fee at the end of ~$1,400 even though I paid for the devices and was told I wouldn't and the only reason I was cancelling was because they did not work! Shameful. Support was horrible too, they would just transfer me to AT&T, which would transfer me back. Most recently, support calls won't even connect. It just asks for you to press a number for your desired language on repeat but never connects when you press it.

Frustrating and very disappointing

It is a great program when it works. We used it for 10 years +

Cons

The worst customer service. You can call in for help but the operator is limited with what they are able to do. They can escalate your issue to a level 2 but are unable to give you contact with who is working on your case. They will not fix anything they just open a ticket. Make you provided them with the serial numbers of the gps units, make you take pictures of everything and then close the case. So you have to start all over again. Misinformation by the manager handling Telus fleet complete account. They don’t stand behind their work.We have used fleet complete for over 10 years. We haven’t been able to use the maintenance feature that we have relied on in the past because they updated there system and lost years of historical maintenance information.Paying for 3 months of service that you are not receiving is frustrating and a breach of contract.

Reason for choosing Powerfleet

We have used fleet complete for a long time. We just were recommended to upgrade our equipment for free. Just plug it in and go the representative for fleet complete said. No additional charges.

### "Terrible Product, Terrible Customer Service, Uncaring and Unresponsive to Valid Complaints"

Inferior service, predatory practices. We started out using BigRoad, which was somewhere between bad and terrible. They up-sold us on their "improved" technology, which is Fleet Complete. We stupidly signed up. Paid thousands for our 25 trucks. The service was so bad we had drivers quitting. We would have drivers showing going from sleeper berth to driving / on-duty 30 or 40 times during a 10 hour break. FC seemed to think this was no big deal. When DOT inspectors roll their eyes or make a face when you tell them you have Fleet Complete, you know the problem goes much deeper than your own experience. I was told when we were talked into "upgrading" from BigRoad to Fleet Complete, that we were only committed to a single year at a time. The contract reads "3 Annually Terms" which I have never seen before on a contract, but given the verbal information I received, I took that to mean what I was verbally told, that I could cancel the contract at the end of any yearly period. Telematics were decent. Likes the fact we could read fuel levels in each truck.

Cons

ELD would spontaneously show drivers moving from sleeper berth to driving 30 - 50 times in a 10 hour rest period. This created massive issues with drivers being angry about having to spend a half hour or more editing logs before they could drive. Issues with the ELD sending logs to inspectors. We had a truck put out of service once becasue the system wouldn't transfer logs. I called tech support and they gave the same canned response we always got when we called... "We are working to resolve the issue"

absolutely horrible thus far.

Pros

I do like the software if it were fully and properly functionable however it is not... we have been with FC since may of 2019 and have had unbelievable issues. IFTA reporting issues. non working cameras, not properly tracking drivers with trucks, ODM reporting issues, other reporting issues. all issues have been sent to support over and over again and they never get fixed. at this point I feel like we were sold a faulty product. amongst things not working we got stuck paying for features that don't work or that are not of use to us. the people I work with directly that are assigned to my account are great but whomever they send higher up support tickets to seem to not know their own product or how to fix it. this switch to your software has been a major headache and has made my job very difficult on a daily level.

same as above, also it is very much so a hassle to have to use a different app for all the functions. due to this specifically (since we were not told they were all on different apps) we will be and have cut out a lot that we were wanting. having to use any different apps multiple times per day is not convenient for any driver.

The good price isn’t worth the hassle. My over all experience was not great & I would recommend going with companies that have experience & smaller for this service this company is to big for just one his service my opinion if you want just elog services go elsewhere.

Good prices compared to other companies services.

It’s hard to get help with customer service nobody knows the right connection to transfer you for help it’s like they don’t even know the product they sell. Second when I no longer needed the service I tried to cancel it they didn’t & kept sending me a bill. I finally got them to cancel again lol then another bill came in saying early contract termination & equipment. Now that’s why I sold on the product no contract & I paid in two installments for the equipment then when I tried to contact the initial people that sold me the product which I asked over & over was there a contract just to double check what I read they assured me there wasn’t & I double checked again before signed no answer left VM’s no call back the good price isn’t worth the hassle.

Unable to fix multiple problems in 3 weeks. Constenly have to repeat my problem to 3 members of their technical support and still no follow afterward. Just dont do business with them E-V-E-R.

The technology itself is way behind of the competition, the technical support was horrible and incompetent. Unable to fix multiple problem in 3 weeks. Constenly have to repeat my problem to 3 members of their technical support. Just dont do business with them E-V-E-R.

### "Great software with a major flaw recently added. Huge mistake by Fleet Complete"

Client notification system is our main benefit now. We use to be able to check in on drivers while on the go but since Fleet Complete completely ruined their mobile app the service is nearly worthless to us. The new app looks like it was developed by someone with no experience whatsoever in mobile application development.

Pros

PC software is feature rich and we love the client (POI) notification system. It sends our clients an email every time a truck arrives and departs from our client's property. The tracking is very accurate and comes with a host of features like idle times, hard braking, harsh acceleration etc. This allows us to "fine tune" our drivers.

Cons

The main issue with Fleet Complete is they recently changed their mobile app and made it completely useless. Their previous mobile app worked well and allowed us to quickly check on our drivers while on the go. We could easily switch from truck to truck with just a few taps on our screen but not with this new software. The new app is nothing short of awful. (and that is being nice) We have asked them to bring back the old app but they outright refuse. Why on earth a company would take a perfectly good mobile app and revamp it into something worthless is beyond us. If you are a business owner that is hands on and on the go and need to check on drivers remotely then stay far away from Fleet Complete unless they bring back their old app. This has been such a huge disappointment I am now looking for new fleet tracking providers despite being a client of Fleet Complete for years. Someone in the office dropped the ball and made a very bad decision. I hope whomever made their mobile app so bad is quickly removed from the company and someone remakes it before they lose many clients.

Overall a decent experience, but value for money is where they lack… With the number of vehicles in our fleet we should have our issues resolved immediately

Ability to track and monitor assets and fleet - Speed, harsh breaking, Rapid acceleration are some of the options available. You can also do a breadcrumb trail monitor on assets to determine where they have gone and what route they took to get to their destinations

Cons

The mobile app is very clunky and buggy, often crashes and has not improved at all over the years. GPS system in the vehicle often gets unplugged by technicians and not reinstalled after service.

### "Cannot cancel service"

Horrible. No customer service. Cannot cancel service- have never been able to utilize service due to poor connectivity and overage use at time of connection. Have spoken to fleeet complete and ATT reps but no resolution. Continual billing with ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICES PROVIDED!!!!

Pros

None- nothing- have not been able to use service at all. Have been billed for almost one year and cannot cancel with ATT or Fleet Complete- each Fleet Complete rep says they’ll make a note. All ATT reps say they cannot cancel or that they’ll cancel and credit our account. Trackers have been suspended in hopes of waiting on cancellation but it never happens. We’re to the pony of seeking legal advice because there is no end to billing for a device we have NEVER USED!!! I have emails to verify all written communication.

Have tried cancelling this service through ATT & Fleet Complete numerous times via phone, email, and online.

GPS info was accurate and timely .That's about it otherwise they are horrible

Cons

been trying to cancel for 6 months and they will not cancel. They say you have to talk to a retention team specialist before you can cancel but they never answer emails or phone calls.

Overall, I find the software to meet my expectations for my small fleet. I typically use it to keep track of the hours driven and review reports easily through excel.

Pros

I've used several fleet tracking softwares throughout the years and I've had issues with the complexities of the interface for users with smaller fleets. I find Fleet Complete to be the easiest to understand and even customize.

Cons

The customer support could be better. We have issues with one of our devices system went down. It took several phone calls and emails to get tech support to submit an actual ticket to get a technician to install a new device. We did receive a credit for the months it did not work.

### "Quick to sell you on no help to fix it "

My whole personal experience with big road has been terrible from day one. every other day devices malfunction.

Pros

I guess the asset sensors, but who knows how accurate those thing are. Considering all the other problems I could care less about that Feature

Cons

Dash cameras seem to catch everything except crashes. 3 different incidents have happened to our drivers and not one was caught on camera. Good luck trying to get the footage from tech support. More than likely you will hear it has been escalated to tier 2 tech support where you will never hear about it again. By the way no one in tier 2 tech support will talk to you.

Different colors on maps for types of vehicles which is helpful in readily identifying the fleet. When I need it. I have to reload it. Not very dependable if takes such an effort! I haven't had this problem with other tracking packages we have used! They continually advise me to remove the software and reload it, but I have other things to do. I am going to have to look different supplier!

Flexible configuration and event tracking has helped our company identify driver behavior challenges. The near by and trip reporting have been used to feed our work management system allowing for a more efficient use of our fleet.

With the proliferation of technology inside our units we need GPS hardware that can be married with other technology for one cellular network connection. Sharing a single standard modem for idle technologies, in cab laptops, GPS tracking, dash cam coaching and electronic logging devices is a must.

Poor quality product and extremely poor customer service

Pros

The software is ok if only they can get it to function....

Cons

I have been with FC since March of 2019 and have experienced unbelievable issues from reporting not properly tracking. All issues have been sent to support over and over AND OVER again and they never get resolved. I am being told they have recently switched to new software and are experiencing technical issues for the past three weeks..... they have been unable to complete a simple task as to add a number for tracking. Definitely a faulty product. Numerous support tickets are created and none resolved. Customer service lacks basic training in that they do not know their own product or how to fix it. Your new software has been a failure.

### "Worst Product Ever"

Fleet Complete is the worst company I've ever worked with. I have called multiple times and not a single time has someone answered the phone. I leave messages (as prompted) and there is never a call back. All I receive is an email thanking me for contacting Fleet Complete and a fake ticket number. This is a warning to anyone and everyone considering using their services. Once signed up, you will instantly regret it. You will receive horrible service and will go to the ends of the earth in an attempt to cancel your contract. If you are looking for GPS tracking capabilities, give your money to ANYONE BUT FLEET COMPLETE...

The initial set up was relatively easy...

Cons

The GPS location reporting was not accurate. Also, I could never get in touch with any customer service representative. There was no support available what-so-ever. Worst company I have ever worked with.
