The best part about Chariot is their team is very responsive to inquiries and requests and actually implements changes that improve performance, rather than waiting endlessly for upgrades and fixes to be voted on by users to be addressed. You can see the product evolving on a week to week basis. Cons The only issue so far is some scheduling organization and layout of the calendar, but a customization issue, rather than functionality. What truly convinced us to switch was how easy it is to manage deposits between us and our customers, as well as the convenience of the digital bill of lading. The level of customer support is un parallel and honestly hard to find in today’s world. Pros What I like most about Chariot is that they are a smaller organization. I’ve always felt as companies grow the larger they become the less customer service matters. Chariot is understanding that a moving companies CRM needs will be different from one company to the next and customization and openness to our feedback and needs has been crucial. Although they understand the moving industry I wasn’t shopping for ex-moving company as I’m not planning a move. I was seeking someone who understands and specializes in software development and who wasn’t trying to sale on size fits all model. Cons Nothing so far, everything so far has worked great for our companies needs and their team has been a pleasure to work with and needs are met in a timely manner with great follow through. Reason for choosing Chariot I wanted a software that was mobile friendly and didn’t require additional tools such as iPads. Some of the other demos I had the sales pitch alone was a huge turn off, I do not respect any company who pressures you to make a decision on the spot. That alone is cause to give you concern! January 29, 2025 5.0 After being in the moving industry and owner of a small moving company here in Texas for over 15 years I finally came to the conclusion that I needed to up my game in order to stay relevant as well as help me get completely organized with my contracts and quotes since I was still using old fashioned techniques like google calendar and hand written quotes(embarrassing lol)! So I decided in 2024 that would be my year to really excel and take my company to the next level since I was growing quickly and really had no real set organization as far as providing quotes for my clients or keeping track of my crews productivity through out each month other than handwritten docs and quote templates that I created my self to provide to customers! After a ton of research and phone calls with different software companies I was still really uneasy about the process of switching over to a software that I knew would be beneficial for my every day task with the company. Until I came across Chariot Moving Software and decided I would give it one last shot and submitted my info for a phone call! To my surprise I was quickly contacted by \[sensitive content hidden\] who basically gave me a game plan on their product and the value of joining Chariot! After speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] he referred me over to \[sensitive content hidden\] who also wanted to meet with me and give me a welcome and recap of anything I may have had questions or concerns about! Immediately I knew this was the company for me as they tailored their product and service around my everyday operations which streamlined my process and took a load off my plate to be able to focus on my core business and clientele. Fast forward to a year later (2025) and I can’t say enough GREAT things about these guys and their software! The communication is there anytime I need it so I’m not left in the dark wondering how to maneuver through the software or communicate with my customers in the most effective ways possible! This has helped me grow my business tremendously over 1 year of use and I will definitely continue my business relationship with them and could not imagine using anyone but Chariot!
