Pros Comprehensive and Simplistic Platform. Even if any modification is needed, team is quick to support on them. Cons The evaluator actions can be improved. Right now is just score and comment. Based on the evaluator designation we can have additional access like view access fo other feedback, move them to next round, or straight up reject them.
