The Dashboard, Application Interface and Reports/Controls Clear tax E-invoice application's Dashboard and Interface is informative and user friendly Reports and Controls are so nice which includes all necessary information which helps a lot

Roles : I've asked few customized Roles as per our Industry/Users requirements and which helps us lot The predefined Roles option is the application which i like least

Cons

Custom template for ERP data doesn't allow exact data to ingest. Need to add columns in data as per cleartax to upload the data successfully like RCM, Credit Notes, Export Invoices marking.

Pros

One things I love about cleartax is customer service, which is always responsive to our Query. Second thing is easily understandable UI of GST and E invoicing software.

Cons

Sometime it leads to confusion in GST return preparation. Due to so many tools to cross verfiy data with Books, Portal account. Apart from that it can be more improved. Rest being all said, it is quiet supportive for accounting person.
