It's a quality program not a quantity program. Pros Sourcewhale is unlike spray and pray tools that allow you to message a lot of people at once. It is much more targeted by requiring you to review candidate profiles in small numbers. I have used other tools like Dripify and Dux Soup that message a lot of people needlessly. Cons The manual inmail process as part of the campaign is less than ideal but I use sourcewhale for emails to avoid the inmail black hole. They just don't care about their customers but force their archaic policies regardless. To cancel our subscription, I was asked for 15 mins off-boarding call which was nothing more than me sharing feedback and hearing - it is what it is!- Expensive for what the features are worth. Broken workflows, average UX and limited analytics. - Linkedin steps are manual and not automated, which becomes a blocker in drip campaigns- Their processes are time-consuming and old school.
