DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. There are much much better TMS systems out there! EZ Loader, Ascend and many others! Told weeks ago that everything would be cancelled, still taking money out. Still not refunded. They are an absolute joke. Don't expect help from \[sensitive content hidden\] or even answers. He only wants your money!! Possibly worse than a car salesman! Pros The efficiency of building loads and being able to save shipping and receiving locations. That is it. Cons Not mobile friendly. Nobody has answers. Told the system has capabilities but didn't say it required more hidden fees! They were quick to send over a contract and told me all of the things the system does, but didn't say more subscriptions were required, per user. Told their system has a loadboard but required another subscription. Went to do that and was told it also cost per month per user just to be able to post directly to the loadboard. This system has NO internal load board. You can only post what is built in loads! Told rateview is built into the system, it is not. Requires the same subscription as the load board. Guess what? There’s definitely room for improvement, especially with outdated listings, but it’s been a key tool for keeping our business running. Once you learn to use the search filters well, it becomes a lot easier to manage. Pros It has one of the largest selections of loads, which makes it easier to keep trucks moving. The filters are helpful when you’re looking for something specific, and the rate information is usually reliable for negotiating with brokers. Cons Sometimes you’ll call on a load that’s already gone or doesn’t exist anymore, which is frustrating. There are also quite a few reposted loads that can clutter the results and waste time. Pros DAT load board provides details on the cost of the load which provides more insight for owner operators. Cons DAT doesn’t offer details on if brokers are approved for factoring with more than one factoring provider. There insight on freight brokerages and their standings are limited. It gives me Loads I make money is helping me with my business is making TRUCKING easier and I don’t need to use a lot of dispatching because of the low board. I can do everything myself so I like that. Pros It has the best Loads is fast and it’s easy to use. The app is very easy to use and I also like that they have multiple options and different payment plans and monthly subscription. Cons I wish the price was a little bit cheaper and easier for the owner operators. Sometimes you spend a lot of money on these load boards and it’s not worth it but D.A T is probably the best but I still would like a better price for it on operators.
