Pros

The presentation, demo, and customer engagement was on point. Branding is also done well. There are some good solutions to contract review

Cons

Inability to generate templates as required, no functional AI, lots of human intervention, understanding and time required

SpotDraft has streamlined our business' CLM process. I am on the platform daily, and my job is made so much easier by its functionality.

Pros

Echoing another review, SpotDraft's Customer Success and Product teams are incredible to work with. Any time I have an issue or a question, the Customer Success team responds and initiates a plan of attack. Product implements the fix in no time.

Cons

There are some quality of life aspects that are lacking. A few UI/UX bugs that are annoying to navigate, but I trust the SpotDraft team to address and fix all of these in due time.

The introduction of SpotDraft as a CLM solution in our company helped us in getting our contracting ducks in row. The easy to use functionalities added with SUPERB customer support and implementation has made this transition a smooth process.

Pros

The search result, contract repository, standardized template creation and workflow are few features that has brought down the efforts tremendously. SpotDraft has read our minds while setting up the platform for our use and hit the bull's eye.

Cons

Ability to link-up historical documents and some editing features (like deleting a counter-party info if added incorrectly) are a couple things which, if made available, will definitely improve customer experience.

Reasons for choosing SpotDraft

The selection of SpotDraft was closed by my seniors, but I am happy that they have picked this product.

Pros

We signed up with SpotDraft at a time where we needed to manage large volumes of contracts, while also keeping the process simple. SpotDraft has been helping us create a process and train our employees, so that anybody in the organisation can very quickly get a contract initiated. The beauty of SpotDraft lies in its simplicity and ease of use. It is very intuitive and clearly made by a team that has spent considerable amount of time understanding the needs of in-house counsel. It has also increased efficiency in my own team as we spend less time verifying templates and reviewing documents.

Cons

The only thing we wish SpotDraft could do along with all its other features is help us procure the stamp paper and append it to the contracts as that is the last step in preparing a document for execution.

Amazing - honestly, there is such an amazing team behind this product!

Pros

I love how enthusiastic the SpotDraft team are about improving the product. If we make a suggestion, they will run with it. If we have a problem, they solve it - sometimes before we even realise it’s a problem. Every week it gets better and better.

Cons

Nothing! We had a few issues with the Spotdraft Editor but this is something that’s improving.

The team was so enthusiastic and they were willing to help us on our journey to find what works best for us.

The SpotDraft team provides an excellent, collaborative service to support customers. The Customer Success team is especially responsive & helpful in problem solving. Further, the team is always open to feedback about features and product improvement. The SpotDraft team is a joy to work with!

Pros

The SpotDraft platform and features are intuitive, making the contract process (which is mission-critical to a business) more enjoyable. The UX is a delight.

Cons

The customer success and the product/tech team are very responsive and prompt with the solutions offered. It has been a great experience to use the product as well as interact with their team who accommodates most of the requirements you have.

Pros

Dashboard and the stages of each contract. The search feature allows you to deep dive and pull out data with multiple filters applied.

Cons

While drafting, there is no option to proceed further without selecting certain flags even if they're not relevant to the contract and it would have to be removed manually while drafting. I'm sure this can be fixed.

Pros

It's hard to believe that Spotdraft in an early stage has managed to build an intuitive tool with user-friendly UI/UX. Highly responsive product team and not to forget our CSM who is always available to help us out when needed.

Cons

A significant feature would be Email notification and being able to view a business user's holistic dashboard rather than having to toggle through filters.
