Rezerv has helped us significantly reduce administrative work by automating class bookings, attendance, and customer management. This allows our team to spend more time focusing on teaching, improving our services, and growing the studio. The platform is modern, intuitive, and very easy to use. Features like teacher payroll management, e-invoices, customer receipts, flexible package settings, and promo codes for marketing are extremely helpful for running a wellness business efficiently. What we appreciate most is that the Rezerv team continues to improve and upgrade the system with new features. The pricing is fair and the value is excellent. Cons

Outlet check-ins are only available for those customers with memberships and not packages. I wish they would let customers with packages check-in without a class.

The was a fantastic feature on the Home page that showed this month's statistics vs last month's statistics. For example number of customers, revenue, bookings, etc. It was such a simple and visual indication of performance. Unfortunately, it was removed with the promise that the "enhanced" version would be ready by July. It is now October and still nothing.

Before using Rezerv, our yoga studio tracked all our classes, bookings and memberships manually which was time consuming and prone to errors. Switching to Rezerv is the best decision we've made. The app is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for both our staff and customers to navigate. It has eliminated most of our manual processes.

Cons

The app does require frequent updates, but it's clear that these are to ensure it runs smoothly and keeps up with new features.

Fairly easy to use, and customer already get used to book with rezerv, as a few of studio/gym in my City area, all use Rezerv, so It been very easy and familiar for customer.

Easy to use, lots of feature and it keeps coming, and video to explain and use the feature. the client support been very helpful, fast to response. Booking is very easy for customer.

There a few feature that I want, is not yet in Rezerv, like for customer to purchase a package for 3 people that require the 3 of them to come on a same day and time. right now the customer can just put 1 person in the class, and the remaining credit to be keep for next time. Pros

True all-in-one platform covering website, scheduling, payments, and workflow management. Significantly reduces manual work and operational overhead. Easy to scale the business with a lean team. Responsive and helpful customer support that provides practical advice. Product team is actively improving the platform with a strong development roadmap www.swims.sg - the product using their solution

Cons

Some advanced features are still being rolled out (such as referral by student) - which will be work on in 2026. Customisation options can be limited for very complex business workflows

It has been the best decision to switch from my old software to rezerv. The reports that are generated have been so helpful in keeping track of teaching hours, commissions, sales, customer activity. It has made me save a lot of time in compiling these datas.

Pros

I love that the features really fit into what a studio owners need. Always keep upgrading and adding features which I really appreciate.

Cons

In the beginning the customer service was slow, but now it has been much faster so there's nothing to dislike.
