I feel that with addition of more tools and features, this application will be a choice for many other business firm to effectively assist them in their operations. Pros I love the user interface of this platform. It have a stable video and audio feeds. Cons I wish there was file sharing option available in the chat which will enable the participants to share more information. Graphic and web designer Design Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Reliable and versatile tool with excellent quality/price ratio that everyone should use" March 31, 2025 5.0 I have been using Meet Hour for four and a half months, I come from platforms such as: Zoom (I used it from the beginning of the pandemic until 2023 or so), Microsoft Teams (a couple of times and by far the least “user-friendly” for me), Google Meet and Sessions (the last ones I used since 2023, before Meet Hour) I can say in general terms that it is a highly recommended and reliable tool for most use cases, personally I use it for day-to-day meetings and to teach classes or training to clients and students. Pros \- Very simple and user-friendly interface. - Access without requiring accounts for attendees. - Very stable audio and video quality during broadcasts. - Easy to configure in general terms. - Has all the basic tools needed for various usage scenarios: everyday meetings, presenting proposals, teaching classes, etc. Such as: screen sharing, open windows, browser and its tabs, whiteboard, chat, etc. All the basics and more. - Well documented and with a public roadmap. - Very competitive price/quality ratio. - Attentive and responsive support team. - Screen sharing from iPad is possible. Cons \- Interface in English only - Mobile version could use visual improvements. - Some customization options are only available for a fee. - Global analytics (account total) are not available, but are limited. - Automatic email and username capture for attendees is not available for all usage types. This information can be requested to join a meeting or event, but it is not automatically stored. You must do so manually or through pre-registration. Liked its easy to use interface comparing to Zoom and other tools out there. Pricing packages are decent comparing to other tools especially the count of attendees limit and no more time limits on free users as well. Pros Easy to use. Compatible for any of the standard devices in the market. Best in connectivity. Heaviest in handling loads with huge number of attendees while conducting events. Pros The ease of the application with access to long distances to communicate. Cons Due to the instability of the internt, it crashes easily and with that the conversations are cut in half. There are a few issues with slow connections, but overall I'm satisfied and recommend it. Pros What I appreciate most about Meet Hour on the Pro plan is the ease with which I can manage both one-on-one and group meetings, without having to worry about tight time constraints or a limited number of participants. The platform allows me to host up to 200 people, so I can easily cover internal calls, client meetings, and small webinars, maintaining good audio/video quality and a generally clear interface, even for first-time users. I also find the ability to record meetings and manage recordings in a personalized way, so I can reuse them for internal training or recap, very convenient. The ability to do live streaming in parallel and the branded conference options help me give a more professional touch to meetings, especially when involving clients or external participants. Overall, the quality/price ratio of the Pro plan is one of the main reasons I chose it over the usual, more well-known brands. Cons The only real limitation I've encountered concerns users with slow connections: in some cases, they've had a few more minor issues than with other more mainstream tools, especially with video smoothness and call stability. It's not a constant problem, but it's clear that on less-than-optimal networks, there's still room for improvement in traffic management and quality optimization.
