My overall experience with Propertyware tends to be mixed but ultimately positive — it’s a strong property management platform that brings a lot of value, especially once you get the hang of it

Pros

The ability to access everything from a centralized dashboard helps streamline workflow. Online payment features are appreciated because they can reduce manual check handling and free up time for property managers.

Cons

Sometimes I experience buffering and slow use of the actual website. It is not often but it does happen.

Its been great over all. The product is easy to learn and support is always there for me! I have used other products like Appfolio which is the complete opposite in customer service. Propertyware is far superior!

Pros

I like the ease of use and the great support you receive if you have any questions. Even in the beginning I always had people that were willing to help me achieve my goals when I wasnt that familiar with the product!

Cons

Would like to see a "disposition letter" that can be sent to the tenant when you do a move out. Other than that I feel it supports my overall needs!

It is user friendly and pretty much has all the info you need within a few clicks. Not like other programs that is so complicated.

Pros

The fact that it is easy to use and not to technical. You can find anything you need within a few clicks and also if not you can always call and a rep will help and solve within a few hours or 24 hours

Cons

How often it goes down. It is also slow at times and has nothing to do with our internet or/and kicks you out.

Your technical support is absolutely amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. Technology does not come naturally to me and they are very helpful.

Excellent technical Support. Very patient. Technology does not come easily to me as an older property manager.

Would like to have one on one training available. This technology is not my first language. It would be helpful to have telephone support training rather than watching the video.

Good overall, but it could be more user-friendly with clearer navigation and a more intuitive interface.

Pros

A lot of information can be stored, and the customer service turnaround time is quick and helpful.

Cons

The interface is not user-friendly, the labels are confusing, and the design is not easy on the eye, making navigation and task completion more difficult.

It feels like legacy software built around Windows 2000 that RealPage doesn't support or really care about. Our business is for sale or else we would have switched a long time ago.

Pros

Can't really think of anything I like about the software.

Cons

The gremlins that continually force us to fix what they unknowingly change. The one I hate the most is where I am auditing our database and after I am done PW automatically publishes units to Zillow. That is just the tip of the iceberg!
