Pros

easy to build templates and overall very easy to use.

Cons

More font options. Maybe clarity, when I download the templates to my computer they seem to be a little blurry in a PDF format.

Finally have all of our content in one place. Easy to manage our content and create RFP's.

Pros

Easy to use and implement. The templates are very thorough and are a good starting point. Having the ability to easily modify sheets and customize them makes creating RFP's a breeze.

Cons

There are some glitches every once in a while, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.
