Pros

Great, user-friendly app. Very easy to navigate. I like how straightforward it is to change the place of the booking (parking spot/ desk). I had no issues so far so haven't used customer support.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Tidaro was the limited admin functionality available in the mobile app compared with the web version, which sometimes made it inconvenient to manage bookings or make quick adjustments while on the go. When acting as an administrator, it was often necessary to switch to the desktop interface to access more advanced configuration options, reporting, or user management, which slowed down quick, on‑the‑spot changes during a busy workday.

Cons

A new interface, would help more guideline for first use. A few guiding bullets would help. Best wishes

I don’t have good feelings, because I get a place rarely, too much people uses it. Is a miracle to get a place

Pros

I like the clear buttons, one colour of the app. It is not complicated and user-friendly. The graphics are simple.

Cons

That there is no notification about freed parking spot. I have to check if all the time like a fool.

So far, I love the app, it’s easy to make a reservation, release a spot, have the overview of the parking

Pros

The maps for the Parking lot. I think it’s very easy to spot the parking, do the reservation. Another thing that I love is the fact that you can pick randomly

Cons

There is a thing. In my organization, where I use it, we have 2 dropdown for the levels of parking. I would love to have a way to chose default.

That i have to wait to tropem nex days to choose the place on the office. I noticed that certain reporting functions could be morę flexible

Nice view (map) of the floor. Quick access without loging in password and steps to fillow. I wish all the apps are so user friendly.

Pros

Clear and easy to manage. Application never freezed or was broken or unavailable. It helps to organize office.

Cons

Booked, but not taken desks should be available to book when no one is sitting there. Not used desks should be avaialble for others.

Pros

Easy to book a table for the office work. Quick and useful application, it helps to manage your bookings easily.

Cons

It does not let you book a table for half day, always all day. I would like to be able to book with time differences.

It is amazing, the application is very easy to use, I use it mainly to book rooms, and disks, but I can book a parking spot through it as well.

Pros

Desk booking and Parking needs sufficiently covered. Product team easy to work with, helpful documentation and guides.

Cons

Unable to edit floorplan without Tidaro assistance. Several features require contacting Support to enable. Parking and seat needs to be booked separately.

I have no issue with the software. Big advantage is support which is working flawless for me.

Pros

Simplicity and availability. Works on every platform, probably from almost any device :)

Cons

from the backend perspective: there could be kind of personalisation option like: company logo, company related help for users.

I like it , even if there no parking place, if im on waiting list, i find a parking place surlei, they send me in time notifications.

Pros

Eficient, space management, booking, learning curve, costumer suport, restaurant reservations, value for money

Cons

I don't find parking place many times, special on Tuesday or in the middle of the week. I need always to rezerv at least before 2 days.

Excellent it should be simple and it is on top of that I don’t remember to have any single issue with the app which is impressing.

Pros

Easy to use, no single issue discovered ever on a single booking. Basically everything is simple and working according to my expectations

Cons

Cannot pinpoint any single functionality that I don’t like or giving me frustration. So wouldn’t like to give something just to list some imaginary bad thing in the product.

Sometimes it is slowly loading at the launch of the application. Actions can be triggered by external calls to the server without running the mobile app.

My experience is very good. Easy tool to pick a parking spot. You can also book hotdesk in your office .

Pros

It is easy to use and Work perfectly in hot desk office and parking. I can pick random IF there is a morning race to pick parking spot :)

Cons

Challenging is to pick up spot every day when there is limited parking Spaces. Somę people pick place and do not come.

We have a check-in feature, and if your colleagues do not come, that spot can be released. Talk to your admin about it, and the admin can get in touch with us for further details.

I use the app weekly for car paking and desk reservation mostly and its easy to use and friendly and i like i can choose the spots using a live map

Pros

Ease of acces, personalized maps, notification sistem in place reminding to cancel if not used so other can also access

Cons

I had an issue loggin into the app by phone initially but it got resolve fast and i could use the web versuion until resolution

My experience as an Administrator user in the company is really good. Working together has solved many problematic issues regarding parking management. Extensive reporting provides many opportunities for analysis.

Pros

Tidaro is a flexible fool with various features which helps employees to manage their company parking spot booking. There is an option to book for all day, book for hours, release spot in easy way or joint to the waiting list if available pool is run out of free spots.

Cons

There is no such a thing. the tool is complete and useful.

Application friendly ans easy to use straight after installation . Vert convenient also for last minute change

Cant Book for earlier after a 2 weeks timeline . Also de dont see Name of people seating at reserved seat

Excellent app for what it does , if we had more parking where we need it then it would be the perfect app, the regulations that were put in place are frustrating.

Pros

In general it's very quick and responsive. It works excellent for the job that you need it for. I honestly can't add much.

Cons

The issues I have aren't with the app but the limited parking spaces, it would be nice to have 1 wait list instead of having to apply 4 times for each floor.
