My favorite part about the platform is how easy it is to access information and navigate to payroll, time tracking, expense tracking, and more. I honestly would recommend working with G-P if any employer needed to use a PEO. Pros The G-P platform is very easy to navigate. Authentication was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. I like the menu selections on the left-side bar. It is incredibly easy to submit service requests and questions. I never have to bother my manager about HR-related questions. The best part about G-P is that everything is in one place (employment information, time tracking, expense tracking). The G-P home dashboard gives you easy buttons that link to the other HR platforms you need to navigate to. Cons While it is very easy to submit and receive confirmation for a customer service request, sometimes it can take quite a few days to receive a proper response or resolution, which can be frustrating if it's a time-sensitive issue.
