It allows the creation of detailed and well-structured CRFs, offering extensive customization options to suit each trial. The information is presented clearly and intuitively, enabling fast and efficient data entry and review. Medical staff at the centers have expressed high satisfaction with the eCRFs, particularly highlighting their ease of use. Additionally, it includes all the necessary records to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, and the user support service is excellent.

Pros

Simple configuration and a very comprehensive user guide. Fast access to data. Easy data entry and review. User-friendly interface. Close and outstanding customer support. Includes records in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Cons

None relevant to my tasks. I don't find any significant disadvantages in its use.

The price is extremely competitive, the technical support is outstanding, they respond within minutes and they even schedule training sessions to help you with the design and configuration of your studies, they genuinely appreciate user feedback to release new versions with improvements. Overall, an excellent user experience.

Cons

Only a few minor issues: some modules are still being developed, like exporting more sections to PDF or reopening an ePRO form before final submission. ..

Pros

Very easy to use system which is very user friendly and intuitive. The videos and resources available are very useful and cover most topics for data collection and form creation which makes the whole process very straight forward. Anything not covered in the online resources was solved quickly and effectively through the customer support and have no complaints

Cons

Honestly very little issues have arisen over the ~2 years we've been using ShareCRF for our study, it's easy to monitor and track the progress and identify any issues as we go along

En general es una plataforma que funciona muy bien, sencilla en su manejo pero muy completa en algunos aspectos como son las queries o los resumenes que ofrece.

Pros

Es amigable, intuitivo y de fácil acceso al mismo. No he recibido ninguna queja por parte de los cientos de usuarios que hemos dado de alta en la plataforma para la introduccion de datos.

Cons

El listado de accesos a la aplicación no se puede exportar y ni siquiera hay un motor de búsqueda de usuarios o de fechas. Cuando estoy revisando un caso y quiero seguir revisando el siguiente caso, al retroceder vuelve al inicio de listado de casos!!!

Al inicio la relación calidad-precio era muy satisfactoria, actualmente las tarifas han incrementado exponencialmente y ya no es tan beneficiosa la relación.

En general muy positiva. Desde el alta del estudio hasta el cierre del mismo podemos controlar de forma exhaustiva a la vez que flexible todas las fases del proyecto. El servico técnico da respuesta de forma rápida y siempre ha solucionado las consultas o dudas que le he planteado.

Pros

Poder diseñar y programar el eCRD yo misma. Permite realizar cambios de manera instantánea. La exportación de datos de los eCRD cumplimentados es simple lo que facilita el control exhaustivo de resultados parciales durante el estudio. En gneral es un software que integra de forma operativa todos las fases que comprende la recogida de información en un proyecto de investigación: diseño, desarrollo control y resultados.

Cons

No poder importar tablas para generar las altas de investigadores participantes.

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que en los campos de texto enriquecido existen pocas opciones de formato.

There are many things about this product that make it extremely valuable to our business given that it is a major part of our data management offering. The first is the strong customer service and interface with the team when our EDC systems are being built and customised for our customers. The team works very well with our team and the features are all easy to use, customisable and most importantly, cost effective for our clients.

Cons

The reporting features have improved a great deal and once the integration with MEDDRA and coding has been implemented, this will be another important feature.
