The 106 spam emails are kinda concerning. But again, thats 106 people who saw my site in under 48 hours without any marketing.

Too expensive on monthly plans and product packages. They dont have a good enough starter pack for new comers and free trial is not long enough

honestly terrible, they took my money id been saving to start a business, so I seek help through them... and then they rip me off because I misunderstood a thing or two. what a joke.

Pros

not much to say the least, id say once I made a complaint through the website 3 years later, they offered a refund on a small amount of a product I bought but did not use and had made that known at the time.

Cons

you cant use your own products, you have to pay a subscription ontop of the website just so you can use there crappy products and there one website that they distribute to soooo many people. and they wouldn't refund me when I realised all of this. and you cant even integrate woocommerce for example cos they own the domain and all these little t's & c's are rubbish.

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend Sellvia, they are scammers that need to be taken offline.

Pros

They are fast with their turnaround time. It’s nice to be able to schedule tech support through zoom but would be better if you didn’t have to schedule several days to weeks ahead at ridiculous hours.

Cons

Sellvia uses deceptive marketing practices and hidden fees for using their services. They refuse to provide any analytic marketing data for products you pay to advertise. On their website, they state verbatim: "Do you guarantee results? Yes, we do. We guarantee a minimum return of $200 in sales for every $100 spent on advertising. Our proven strategies and data-driven approach are designed to maximize your results." On Sellvia's website, the reviews are fake. Sellvia claims they are setting people up with a turnkey online store. They allow people to pay a monthly fee to use a WordPress store template that they have full control over. The customer checkout process is done ONLY on Sellvia's website, not the "turnkey store" they advertise. For products advertised with Sellvia, they automatically update pricing to a lower price without advising their clients. In many cases, I have literally paid customers for an order they placed. It's misleading of them to allow you to set product pricing in WordPress when it doesn't apply. WordPress allows me to set rules for product pricing, but Sellvia overrides them without advising that they will do that. Sellvia has misleading advertising about profits. They stated there's a guaranteed profit (not in sales, profit) of $250-$300 for every $100 spent. That is not the case. I am unable to independently advertise my products because Google, Facebook, and other social media do not recognize it as a legitimate website. I paid for influencer posts that do not appear on the influencer's page; they only appear in the link they sent me for the post. The list of transactions I have made with Sellvia is not accurate, making it look like I've spent less money with them than I have. They claim to have 24-hour customer service. Chat and tech support take hours to days to get in touch with someone. The phone # doesn't work; there's only an answering machine that I have left messages on, but never received a call back.

### "Rudimentary System, with a Good Idea"

Pros

I like how simple and efficient the setup process is with sellvia! With $0 down, a managed inventory and simple UI, sellvia Is fabulous for a very hands off approach to entrepreneurship through e-commerce, especially for a first time entrepreneur!

Cons

The lack of Control, and the inability to start over creates a huge problem for me. I have used other e-commerce systems and this is just lacking in integrations with other software, sellvia to user communication, customization, and there's not really a comprehensive how to or help center on the site.

Overall Sellvia is the perfect place to start drop shipping business because I don't have to do the hard effort in searching for and choosing the winning product then add it to my store in the perfect design or being expert in copywriting to write all their description. All you need to do after having the store is to start promoting the products on social media.

Pros

The most thing I like about Sellvia is their marketing materials and their ready to sell store for high-quality and eco-friendly products. Moreover, the preset products for top 10 niches that allowed me to upload more than 100 products related to 1 specific niche with just two clicks. I also like Sellvia because they have a warehouse in the US that allow them to ship the products within 1-3 business days across the US.

Cons

The number of in-stock products is not large, most products are less than 30 in quantity! Although, there're about 5-20 products from each niche that have good availability (50+) that worth to create a marketing plan for.

Sellvia gave me the opportunity to do something different and try myself in business. It’s always feels nice to extend the boundaries.

Pros

I took package without marketing (I have degree), it’s cheaper. You can take The part about setting up your store is easy to comprehend. Everything is automated. No problems with importing products, plugins work overall good, if you have any problem just contact the support and they’ll fix it asap.

Cons

My main complaint is product catalog. It should be bigger and more personalized, because I understand that every client gets the same description. But since I earn money, I can go with that. I just hope that the team will work on that matter.

Overall my experience with Sellvia has been excellent. I have had no issues. The Facebook group has allowed me to gain more information about the world of Drop-Shipping. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been absolutely amazing. As with all companies, there is some room for improvement. But with this company you can actually see the improvements taking place. Big High Five from me to them.

Pros

I think the Sellvia Plugin is amazing. The price is very reasonable, and the customer service is good, any time I had an issue I received a response in a very short time frame. Importing of products is easy, and customization after the import is simple and user-friendly. The Sellvia Facebook group is a great place to ask questions and get help. There's also the Sellvia Academy provides a lot of useful information. In short the Sellvia Plugin for those who have a website and want to explore the world of Drop-shipping this will be the best choice for you. I haven't found a better U.S Supplier as of yet.

Cons

For the Sellvia plugin, the product options are limited. However, the catalog is still relatively new. (The biggest con.) Sellvia's ready-made websites are underwhelming and extremely lacking. In their current condition, this is not something I would recommend as of yet. I did reach out to the Sellvia team to ask if this feature would be improved, and from what I can see they are actively working to improve this service.

Sellvia helps me with store management and resolves any issues with my website asap.

Pros

I can tell you that Sellvia offers the easiest way to start ecommerce business. I also did a research about several other platforms, but finally I started with Sellvia. Imo, no one simplifies the business better than this platform. So if you’re just starting out, I would totally recommend this service, because it’s very beginner and user-friendly. Also support will help you resolve all of your problems asap. Back when I started I had to wait quite some time to make some sales. Now my store brings me small profit but I remember that I was so worried at the beginning that I was gonna fail.

Cons

The biggest CON for me is the US shipping only. Hope they will change it. There are so many opportunities in other markets!
