Io mi sono davvero trovato sempre molto bene con Deliveroo, ordinare sulla loro app è molto facile e veloce, le consegne arrivano in men che non si dica, e il cibo arriva sempre ancora caldo. Davvero un ottimo servizio, sia di ordinazione che di consegna a domicilio, consigliatissimo!

Pros

Servizio di spedizione davvero ottimo, veloce, non mi ha fatto attendere molto, rider gentile, e cibo ancora caldo, tutto perfetto e nulla da recriminare! Tutte le volte che ho avuto modo di ordinare cibo da questa piattaforma sono rimasto sempre soddisfatto!

Cons

Non ci sono davvero punti negativi o note dolenti da dover elencare, mi sono davvero trovato sempre bene!

Friendly riders. Easy to use website. Sometimes offer good coupons.

Pros

convenience to see alot of food delivery options in one place.

Cons

It is more expensive than Just Eat and ordering from restaurants website directly or by phonecalling to place an order.

Deliveroo vuol dire comodità, velocità e ampia varietà di scelta, nell’app sono presenti numerosi ristoranti per le esigenze di tutti i clienti

Cons

A volte non si trova un rider, o ci vuole davvero molto per trovarlo. L’imballaggio a volte rischia di rovinarsi nel tragitto

Pros

Deliveroo è un'applicazione fatta molto bene; si può ordinare da molteplici locali che aderiscono alla consegna Deliveroo, in base al quantitativo di consegna ci sono varie tariffe che addirittura scompaiono e lasciano posto alla consegna gratuita. In ogni momento è possibile visualizzare in diretta la posizione del rider (ammesso abbia aderito a rivelarla) così da sapere in tempo reale dove si trova il proprio ordine.

Cons

Non ho mai riscontrato problemi con Deliveroo, anzi mi sono ritrovata notevolmente sorpresa dalla serietà dell'assistenza clienti.

C'è sempre la paura che arrivi del cibo troppo freddo visto che i tempi di attesa non sono sempre rapidi.

Mi trovo molto bene con Deliveroo ordino una o due volte al mese ma fosse per me ordinerei da li ogni giorno, ordino sempre dal mio ristorante sushi preferito o dalla mia pizzeria di fiducia

Pros

La cosa che mi piace di più di Deliveroo è la puntualità nel portarmi quello che ordino a domicilio, Consiglio tantissimo questa applicazione, è intuitiva e anche innovativa, il cibo mi arriva sempre in ottime condizioni

Cons

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno di Deliveroo è che nella mia zona alcuni ristoranti o pizzerie non usufruiscono del servizio, ma comunque sia consiglio questa applicazione perchè è facile ordinare e il cibo arriva puntualissimo

Bè i vantaggi sono chiari, non avendo mense dove desinare l'unica è scegliere e ordinare e Deliveroo è il migliore

Comodissima da usare, servizio affidabile e assistenza reattiva. Inoltre la preferisco ad altre app di food delivery perchè ha più scelta.

Pros

L'app è facile da usare, la geolocalizzazione funziona con grande dettaglio, si viene aggiornati su tutte le fasi dell'ordine e si può chattare col rider per qualsiasi imprevisto. In particolare il customer care funziona molto bene, ho sempre avuto esperienze di assistenza molto positive.

Cons

Finora non ho avuto alcun inconveniente.

Pros

Deliveroo è ormai il mio punto di riferimento per le consegne ad orario di cena; i rider sono sempre puntuali e l'assistenza è sempre cordiale e disposta ad aiutare. Veramente ottimo!

Cons

Purtroppo non tutti i ristoranti/pub che aderiscono a Deliveroo accettano il pagamento prima della consegna... un peccato!
