Overall, Malwarebytes for business has been a reliable security solution that delivers strong protection and peace of mind. I found it to be a solid choice for companies looking for dependable endpoint security with good support.

Pros

Malwarebytes for Business is a strong malware detection and real time protection. Dashboard is inituitive making it easy to monitor threats and manage devices. Frequent updates helps the system stays ahead. Customer support is responsive and helpful when issue arise.

Cons

Software sometimes be resource heavy and impact performance during scans. Reporting features feel slightly limited compared to some competitors. I found pricing is also on the higher side for smaller business.

### "Malwarebytes is for all users"

Malwarebytes has found items in my laptop that other programs miss. The software deep dives into your system, scanning all files, folders, subfolders, extensions, etc...

Pros

Malwarebytes is a very simple tool to use, from downloading it to your first scan. The controls are easy to understand and obvious. You don't need to search for which button to use.

Cons

Just like any "FREE" software, there are upgrades. The manual scan feature is the only free function available.

Although SUPERantispyware searches and finds hotkeys, cookies, and trackers, it does not find infections like Malwarebytes does. Malwarebytes finds the hidden viruses that SUPERantispyware misses.

So far I haven't had any experience with customer services yet which I suppose is a good sign that the software is easy to use, bug free and reliable.

Pros

Having used malware bytes for years personally I decided to use it professionally for my business. Dealing with pc builds and customers livleyhoods I need security software I can trust.

Cons

It's a tad on the expensive side if you've never used the platform it may be hard to see the benifits of paying for a subscription when there are many free alternatives out there.

Cons

I would describe the overall experience as positive. I feel we have a good relationship with them and enjoy their product. The product operates very well, and we enjoy using it.

Pros

Malwarebytes provides a lot of services for us, giving us a good value for our money. Their customer support is great when needed, and their user interface is great. They keep us safe and secure.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Their product is great and their support is great in the event that we need something.

We have seen an increase in threat detection and elimination across the board which has helped relieve some of the strain on our IT team. There has been continual updates to the software which helps us feel even more secure.

Pros

The ease at which we were able to deploy Malwarebytes coupled with the comprehensive protection offered has completely blown my expectations out of the water.

Cons

I wish there was a better filter for emails in regards to recognizing and isolating an infected message.

Pros

Malwarebytes works very well, and is easy to configure. Software provides great security recommendations too!

Cons

No complaints overall. Does what it is supposed too can be a bit nagy at times though. Otherwise a great security product.

Ease of use and good protection without noticeable performance impact

Cons

Like most systems, it can return false positives. As a developer, I have occasionally seen it flagging program that I have written, though rare.

I am not technical, so having someone in my corner that is, without having to spend an enormous amount of money, is vital to keep my business up and running. There are so many bad actors out there and so many threats that I don't even see but Malwarebytes does and keeps me protected.

Pros

I love that Malwarebytes for business is an affordable way to protect my company and my website. Being a small business we do not have the budget that the larger companies do or the know how to protect our digital assets. Malwarebytes does that for us.

Cons

I don't have any complaints as my systems have been secure since changing to Malwarebytes.

While it is pretty light overall, I've seen it stutter with some older machines in full system scans.

When other antivirus cannot help you detect threats, malwarebytes does it, I like that besides having a very good database of threats, its use does not affect the use of memory as other options on the market, and the best thing is that by not having so many processes that are loaded to memory its performance is very good.

The disadvantage is that it does not offer real-time protection if you do not have an active subscription, and although it offers a 14-day trial version, it is not enough to test the software properly.

Over the years, I've found it to be extremely reliable in blocking adware, ransomware, viruses, and Trojans; and it's minimally invasive and easy to use.

Pros

It seems to work well. Browser Guard blocks literally thousands of intrusions and ad trackers.

Cons

The renewal process is terrible! Unless you are making no changes to your subscription. If you want to change something, you're in for a nightmare, and their chat-bot is useless.

Makwarebytes has a large database of malicous programs and files and updates regularly so its up to date with all the new viruses and potential risks. Its the best program ive ever used and priced lower than others.

Pros

This software has stopped several malicous programs from reeking havoc on our computers at Epoxy Craftsmen of Central Florida. Its a life saver and saves time having to reinstall software and reformating hard drives.

Cons

The graphics they use slow down the searches some but not enough to really notice.
