### "I like PitneyShip!"

Very Good. It's super fast and is keeping up with our client/matter numbers pretty well. The system doesn't go down too often, either.

Pros

It's so much faster than filling out the paperwork (including the green card), adding postage and mailing my work; then waiting for the green card to come back. Also, I get an email immediately afterward indicating that my letter/document has been sent and frequent updates to delivery.

Cons

I'm having a difficult time getting refunds for postage printed on envelopes that were never mailed.

### "Competitive Prices and User Friendly"

I've been with you a LONG time. Starting with ship station, then shifted to Pitney Ship, SendPro and now Pitney Ship. Have had very few problems over the years, but it used to be much easier getting tech support. Now if there is an issue, I have to create a ticket and wait, or get on a lengthy chat. I do miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Other than that, I am happy with the service. Just would like the scale and Device Hub to stay online.

Pros

The ease of use and competitive pricing. Love that I have an address book where names pop right up and that I can have presets for my mailers and boxes. It makes it quick and easy.

Cons

In the last couple of months I have had lots of issues with Device Hub. My scale goes offline continually and I am having to redownload it, then activate it. It did not do this in the past. Very annoying. I often just type in the weight, but would like to see this issue resolved.

### "BAD Oustsouced Customer Service"

If you do not have any issues and software working fine, it is good, but if you run into a problem, good luck getting timely help!

Pros

The discounts from regular Postage & UPS Rates. If you are a frequent shipper this is a nice feature.

Cons

The Customer service is VERY POOR! They have outsourced this to a call center which appears to be in India and at times HARD to communicate with the rep and they really do not seem to care.

### "Skip the long USPS and UPS lines"

If you enjoy walking past the long line of UPS customers and dropping your package off and leaving or if you enjoy putting your package or large envelope in your mail box for the postman to pick up instead of going to the post office, this is the service for you. I have used this service for about 15 years and although I am no longer using it in a business setting, I find it excellent in a personal setting. I can print my own stamps and print my own shipping labels. All I have to do is keep shipping labels and stamp labels on hand. If I make a mistake I can get an immediate return/refund. If I don't have enough postage to buy more stamps, SantaPro/PitneyShip re-ups in my selected amount. While I only use USPS and UPS, they also ship FedEx. As a matter of fact they compare the prices of each one and I can select whichever one I want to use before printing out the postage or mailing label.

Pros

I love walking around the long customer service lines at United Parcel Service and the United States Post Office

Cons

I've been dealing with this Pitney Bowes scale for years and I can't seem to get the app to recognize it. If I ever do it seems to lose it.

Easy to use. keeps track of shipments. decent prices, and overall good product. I like the fact that we can order supplies that print right along with the USPS products.

Pros

Ease of use and easy to keep track of shipments. The labels are easy to print and it maintains the address book for us.

Cons

nothing. I really like the product. I can't really say there is anything that I don't like about the program. It works for what we need. I guess I wish we didn't have to pay for the stamp paper sheets.

### "Reliable and affordable solution for mailing and shipping for a small business"

Overall, it was nice when it used to be an actual Windows Desktop application. Then they did away with that and made it all web-based. That introduced all sorts of problems and complications. However, since then, they seem to have worked out the bugs in the web interface and the "Device Hub" printer application.

Pros

I like that it works reliably now. It stores addresses of my customers and vendors so it is easy to pull up someone's address without having to re-enter everything every time. I like that it is reasonably affordable for a small business like mine.

Cons

The interface is confusing and takes a long time to get accustomed to how it works and how to accomplish anything.

My overall experience with PitneyShip, wonderful. Easy, less expensive than the post office and convenient.

Pros

I was new to shipping online when I started with Pitney. It was easy to learn and is a great value for someone who works from home. I feel there is definite security with the service, with accessing my accounts and with tracking packages. I have only had to have a refund twice in the last six or so years, on my mistake with the wrong address, and the process was smooth.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about PitneyShip. I would recommend it to others who work from home.

### "The perfect office co-worker"

It has been wonderful and a huge relief of burden. Super appreciate the free trial though I knew I was gonna keep it about 2 days into the free trial.

Pros

It is easy to use and is a great value for the money. It reduces the amount of time that I need to go to the post office and allows me to do everything that I need from my home office. I'm no longer frustrated when I run out of stamps! The user interface is easy to get used to and is easy to learn.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the massive stamps that come on the stamp sheet. Wish those were a little bit less chunky and about half the height like the blank labels for the Pitney Bowes machine.

PitneyShip is my secret to efficiency! Shipping prices are less expensive than going to the Post Office. While working from home, having their app at my fingertips allows me to mail my products quickly to my customers. The app is easy to use, saves time, shipping is fast, you can't beat the price, I can track my packages and I can keep track of all my expenses.

I've been asked what do I like least about Pitney Ship? Honestly, I can't think of any "cons" with Pitney Ship!

I would recommend PitneyShip for the ease of use, convenience, and quality. It makes sense if you ship enough packages.

Pros

PitneyShip is convenient and easy to use. It allows me to: (1) avoid the line at the Post Office for package processing; (2) weigh, print postage, and prepare my own packages; (3) verify addresses for customers; and (4) track all packages.

Cons

I don't get a reimbursement guarantee if my customer claims they didn't receive the package which is available from a major online business.

That when I "add postage" to my meter, we are not emailed a receipt. I need to screen shot the amount, date and time to submit with my expense report.

Overall things work well could be better we would like to speak with a person and stop the recording calls.

Pros

Purchasing stamps and how it works very smoothly without having to go to the Post Office

Cons

I do not like that when you pay online the day your invoice is due you charge a late fee. If we pay a week in advance it is fine but the due date, we are charged a late fee of 40.00. Call to discuss it with your office we only get a tape recording nothing else.

Okay, the customer service end needs work. Not being able to talk to a person is very difficult some times. There are times when it is necessary to have a real person look at an issue. I am having a problem now with billing and there are no choices in the automated system that can answer my question or help me. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I am not happy at all.

Pros

It is easy to print labels from my computer.

Cons

When we receive delivery confirmations they do not have the name. So on each one we have to look up in history, this is time consuming.
