Cons What I liked least about Adobe Acrobat is that it can be quite slow to load large files and often consumes a lot of system resources, which affects performance during multitasking. Can use without a plan. Price for yearly is a big money saver and get a free trial when first sign up for it. If I choose monthly it's easy to pay and cancel if need to. The layout of the app is nicely done and easy to navigate. Option to easily edit PDF with a 7 day trial to see if it fits in with what you need. With AI assistance also. And you can easily make flyers, and more with the free Adobe express app that they have on the home page of their app. You can do so much in one app so don't have have all kinds of apps on my devices. Can share files with others and it keeps a list of what you shared in one spot. This makes business ideas and files right at my finger tips. Pros Doesn't use up a lot of storage wherever I download it. Can be used on phone, tablets and more. Cons Only has 2 paid options, Yearly or Monthly plans only available. Pros Adobe Acrobat is easy to navigate and has so many nice features. There are times when a PDF has 2 pages but only a couple of sentences on the second page. I love that the text can be resized in order to those last sentences jump to the first page and create a 1 page PDF rather than having 2 pages or having to print on both front and back. It really helps me with signing documents and getting them signed by partners. The fact that this can be done from any device is very important. Cons Can be a little hungry with the PC resources if you don't have an high specs device. Pros I like how versatile it is with PDFs. I have a freedom with editing them, exporting them, sending them, etc. that I didn’t have before. This app is easy to understand and pick up for beginners, which I also really appreciated Cons Sometimes, the application only opens up within my web browser and not as its own independent browser. Whenever compatible documents need to be generated via the software, the task within the software is so simple, it’s as though all I need to say is “abracadabra” — and there you have it. Pros I love how many things you can do with it. It's just just a PDF reader/builder. You can use it to edit pdfs, send contracts, create interactive forms, and to merge documents. Cons I don't like how some fonts look distorted in the PDF view, especially if they're very common. It struggles with Open Sans, Inter, Helvetica, or any thin font or thick font. I also don't like how it automatically zooms into a document to the point where you need to unzoom it everytime you open a document. I think it should be 100% at default.
