### "Adobe Acrobat in the Workplace"

December 18, 2025

5.0

I love using Adobe Acrobat and want to be able to be more versatile in the program. Additionally, it has been really helpful when making adjustments to templates we've had. This can be improvements, grammatical fixes, or even adding in checkboxes.

Pros

We have acrobat 2020, and it has been so useful when editing PDFs. There have been times when we couldn't find the original word document and just want to make adjustments to the PDF. Additionally, I like the endless possibilities of how you can customize a PDF as well.

Cons

The biggest con about Adobe Acrobat is that it can be difficult to edit certain parts of a PDF if it is formatted a certain way. I also wish there was a guide or walkthrough on how to use Adobe Acrobat.

### "Adobe Acrobat is my choice for Custom PDF Forms"

November 20, 2024

4.0

Adobe Acrobat is a fantastic tool for creating customizable and interactive forms that make client submissions a breeze. It’s got some really cool features, but it can be a bit pricey and not always compatible with everything. But hey, it’s still the best PDF form creator I’ve found so far!

Pros

I use Adobe Acrobat to create interactive PDF forms with labeled fields, making it easy for clients to fill out and submit information electronically. I haven't found a more customizable app so far, when it comes to creating form fields and the backend features. The ability to add JavaScript buttons for automated actions, such as saving forms and attaching them to pre-addressed emails, has been perfect for what I am using it for.

Cons

It’s challenging to ensure universal compatibility for the PDF forms with all devices and operating systems (perhaps I haven't figured it out yet). Additionally, the cost is high for my needs, but I haven’t found a better alternative (yet).

### "Acrobat - Seamless PDF workflow for any creative"

November 20, 2024

5.0

Overall, Acrobat is to ultimate go-to for creating and editing PDFs. I enjoy the new features Adobe brings to the table with each iteration of the title.

Pros

Adobe Acrobat is best in class when it comes to PDF creation and management. It is the industry standard and has become more and more feature-stocked over the years.

Cons

I dislike that Acrobat will not allow more than two signatures to be stored in a profile. There are instances when I need to sign documents with my personal name (sometimes with just my maiden name when needed) or my business name. However, Acrobat only allows a max of two signatures, making it complicated to use different signatures for different reasons or allowing a team member to use my software (like my husband because he does not have a subscription nor does he understand Adobe anything). I am also annoyed that Acrobat is not consistent when editing a PDF - typefaces will change and often divert to an unknown numbered system font, which cannot be downloaded or matched without recreating the entire document. It needs better font recognition and replacement options.

### "Adobe Acrobat: the only PDF management software you need"

February 28, 2025

5.0

I love Adobe. I use it every day to view and edit PDFs. It also is a huge time saver to be able to convert and export PDFs as an excel file

Pros

Adobe is my go to for any PDF needs. The tools make it a highly versatile tool for creating, editing, and viewing PDFs.

Cons

The placement of the floating tool widget can take up too much space that would be better used to see the document

There are many more tools offered by Adobe and I like that Adobe has an option for Web based but also has the separate program.

### "Great program, worth the money"

December 13, 2024

4.0

In most cases, Adobe Acrobat is easy to use and exceptionally good at handling PDFs. I use it a lot for making forms and I have no complaints.

Pros

Exceptional functionality with an easy-to-use interface. It's easy to navigate and can do basically anything imaginable with a PDF

Cons

The OCR function is less than perfect. I find that it struggles pulling text from images or trying to read handwriting much more that some other (often free) options.

### "I have experiences with Adobe "

October 31, 2024

My overar experience with Adobe is good. I would recommend it to anyone. Looking for a software that will organize and upload documents, signed documents. Read documents to you.It is a good thing to have on your side

Pros

I enjoy the fact that if I had large documents being sent to me from either a manager, my higher-ups for a co. Worker acrobat, Adobe have the option for read aloudware. I know you're gonna have to do all the reading myself.I can also organize all my emails and photos anything that sent to a dope resuperated and organized

Cons

Cost of monthly membership hit the pause surprise cheaper.More and more people would use this software and see how amazing it really is

Switched from

[Google Forms](https://www.capterra.com/p/176571/Google-Forms/)

It seemed a lot easier to me. Wouldn't have to worry about losing my files more p. D fs my emails contacts messages from bosses. None of that, I could just locate it. Create a file name that file and arrange. However I see fit with the floppy discs, you happen to sit it down months and months in veneers.Go by and then realize you need that floppy disc, or you're fired

### "Adobe is great "

August 10, 2025

5.0

I’ve been using it for quite a while for creating the different files of our students, it has a nice friendly interface so it makes it smooth to use even on small screens.

Pros

I like Adobe Acrobat, it’s easy to use with a good smooth interface, I like the fact of being able to search thanks to its OCR feature and it also lets me quickly scan files. It’s also excellent for managing PDF files

Cons

The only downside is Acrobat is kind of heavy as a system, it takes up a lot of internal memory and sometimes it’s slow when opening certain large files. When that happens it can be a bit annoying, especially if I’m in a hurry.

### "Industry Standard"

March 4, 2025

3.0

Pros

It allows you to manage the PDF files within the most common tasks: merge, split, compress, convert, etc, although most of these features are only available in the Pro (paid) version. It is Tier1 application when we talk about PDF editors - probably the most well-known PDF application. It offers some security features like password encryption/protection. It is available in different desktop/mobile platforms. It's integrated in Adobe Cloud.

Cons

Is one of the most expensive PDF tools in the market. It runs slow in old computers. Most of the "cool" features are only available in the Pro version (the free version only allows you to view and comment the documents. All the editing or conversion options are not allowed).

### "Adobe Acrobat"

December 2, 2025

5.0

I’ve modified my usage several times, from quick reviews to full client presentations, and Acrobat keeps up every time.

Pros

It’s reliable for preparing client-ready PDFs, adding signatures, commenting, or optimizing file sizes. I also like how consistent the exported documents look across devices—no formatting surprises when clients open them.

Cons

Some advanced editing tools feel a bit hidden, and navigation can be confusing at first. I wish the interface was slightly more modern and straightforward.

June 26, 2025

5.0

It makes the documents look professional with powerful OCR and editing equipment however large rich graphics files can bring down performance.

Pros

The OCR in Acrobat makes it a breeze to get scanned contracts in a searchable, editable document. I apply it every day to replace wording, rearrange pages and then share.

Cons

I sometimes encounter lagging when loading huge files with tons of images. When editing or page swapping the program may freeze to a few seconds.

### "Great for Everyday Use!"

October 27, 2023

5.0

Pros

There is such an ease to sending out documents for customers to sign electronically. It can literally all be done in one spot with Adobe. The customers love that documents can just be sent via email and they are returned to us in that same fashion. We use this all day everyday!

Cons

Some of the updates were a little difficult to get a hold of at first, but it just took more time of using the program with the updates in place.

### "My Simple PDF Assistant"

October 23, 2024

4.0

I'm currently using Adobe Acrobat after using another product for years. My needs are fairly simple including converting files to PDF, being able to add a signature to business forms, editing text occasionally, and being able to view, share and print documents. I'm enjoying not having to learn a lot about the program to use it efficiently. I intend to continue utilizing it with my business.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of use most. Pretty simple to do what I need with it. The price seems like a fair deal and I'm pretty happy with the product after about 8-9 months of use now. I'm always looking for ways to be more efficient and keep costs down. Adobe wins so far!

Cons

I was a bit concerned with the history of security flaws and patches but after a little research I'm confident in their ability to stay on top of security. Overall, I don't feel very safe using anything online anymore but it's a requirement to compete in almost any business in this day and age. Adobe has a better track record than many.
