I have to prepare many docs on a daily basis and the prepare tool makes it extremely easy and quick to do so. Pros Adobe Acrobat is what we use to open and edit almost all of our pdf documents. It's also very easy to use and get the hang of in my opinion. Cons We don't usually encounter many issues with Adobe Acrobat but one that typically reoccurs every few months is a performance issue. Cons Per accedere alle funzioni avanzate serve un abbonamento mensile o annuale, e per chi lo usa solo occasionalmente, non è proprio il massimo. Alcune funzioni sono nascoste dietro menu poco chiari, e trovare l’opzione giusta può richiedere più tempo del previsto. Se lo usi su un PC datato, preparati a qualche rallentamento. It can be tough to work with lots of detail as there is a learning curve with all the tools available. Pros I like how I am able to view my pdfs with ease. Other programs open it in web browsers, but having quick access is convenient for me to quickly see content. Cons There are a lot of add-on features that are locked behind paywall levels. Adobe is widely recognized and respected in the industry however, I prefer other programs to using Adobe Acrobat with my current job functions. Pros What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is the ability to view and manage .pdf files. Cons What I dislike most about Adobe Acrobat is the cost of the subscription plans and the lack of ease of use as compared to other programs (like Nitro PDF Pro). Pros My favorite feature of Adobe is being able to create fillable forms via PDF Editor. This allows for employees in my organization to easily submit the proper PDF documents that are in the correct formatting. I also like the customization options, such as "Organize Pages" when creating files to move the pages very easily! Cons While Adobe's "fillable forms" feature is one of my favorite, it can be bit tricky to use and get the hang of. There are many options to customize to your liking, but knowing which is best for your form, and the limitations of each option, can be difficult. Also use it regularly to make digital signatures. Pros I have used the other .PDF programs and Adobe Acrobat is by far my favorite. This may be due to years of using Acrobat reader and having familiarity, but everything seems to be in a fairly rational location. The software is also great for digital signatures when is important when you cannot sign in person. For some older documents, it is great at reading/translating the words so you can do a Ctrl+F search. Cons When a document is typed and it does not register the words so you can do a Ctrl+F search. Cons There are a lot of hidden features that I'm sure would be useful to me, but you have to know about them and what secret way to get them to show up before you can use them. Additionally, it's been very glitchy over the last few updates and does crash at very inopportune times. Pros Adobe Acrobat is THE best way to compose documents, edit them, manipulate certain components, create custom fields, and organize pages into workable documents. Cons Some of the functions are obtuse and confusing. For example, if I want to edit multiple documents via a batch edit, the user interface does not make it obvious or easy to do such a function. Or if I want to rename all documents into a certain order, there is no user-friendly way to do this. While there are forums to help in these matters, finding the answers is difficult and confusting.
