It's not as easy when you first use it, but once you work with it a little, it's much easier! Cons The cost is definitely a big factor for us when using Adobe. They even assigned us an account manager who discovered that we had multiple accounts paying from various company cards. They combined all our company users in one account and saved us a lot of money and transversely made us more productive. Pros I love the growth of the product and its several applications to address seemingly any need that I may have. Cons Thinking back on the hours I have invested in this application I can not think of a single thing I do not like about the product. Director Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Add another level the user experience" September 8, 2025 5.0 The ability to add additional layers of functionality and interactivity to your pdfs is great - forms, workbooks and infographics can take on new elements with little extra work. Pros I use Adobe's creative suite, so this is my go to PDF editor. It's fast and easy to use. And as part of the suite it integrates really well with the other tools especially InDesign. It's also available to use for free with some restrictions I believe. Document signing is also a very useful feature. I had used this tool prior to getting the full suite so although some of my review is because I'm within the ecosystem I believe a lot of this is not dependent on that. Cons Sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming and the tabs and right button may take some searching but once you get past that learning curve you'll be on your way. The cost is fairly affordable and there is a free plan to try before buying it. Cons The free version of Adobe Acrobat has limited editing options which limit fully usage of it before buying it. Pros It is the best for PDF opening and reading, and has a great set of features that can be easily used for a very affordable price. and it does not have bugs or crashes at all when opened, while supporting a wide range of customisations. Cons Editing files is a premium feature, and it is not supported for a free user subscription. Filling a form is not the best experience in comparison to other software choices. I find creating new documents easy, there are templates to use. Combining files and creating forms to be signed off on from a business perspective eliminates the need for additional signature services. Pros It is the easiest program to transfer between .pdf and .doc files. The ability to edit or combine a multiple page document is simple. Cons At times when there is a software update, it no longer communicates with the computer system and there will be error codes. usually the entire program needs uninstalled and then re-installed. It's easy, most common and a sold tool for an individual use. Cons Least liked: Not too many features say like Bluebeam. But Bluebeam is more professional and more costly too. Cons The hidden service installed in my machine design to gather user telemetry and prevent any use of the sotware in any situation that prevents Adobe from securing private usage information of its users.
