This is such a useful feature for me because I a lot of the work I do involves analyzing information within contracts and agreements. Another bonus is that I can electronically​ sign PDF files right from the Adobe Document Cloud. Cons There's a learning curve with this software. From getting employees to sign onboarding documents, to having patients sign electronic receipts and consents, this has been an effective measure in our practice. Pros Adobe Sign has wonderful and user friendly features that make capturing signatures on all devices very easy to do and stress-free. It allows for us to stay within our guidelines for HIPAA. Pros Easily navigable tabbed interface, comprehensive PDF editing features. Mobile Acrobat DC apps convert photos into PDF forms which is a plus. Adobe is very efficient and make our life easier. Adobe's help and support resources are extensive, and although there is no phone or email support, they do have live chat support on their website, which is a great perk. Cons Adobe Reader DC has a rich feature set and that can be overwhelming for new users. While Acrobat DC's highly customization interface is a pro, if you don't spend time getting it to where you want it, the default interface could be a bit confusing in that it presents options you may never use.
