September 25, 2025 5.0 Overall I have to say the experience we have had with Park has been the easy, fast, and enjoyable. A great staff that has been a joy to work with. Pros Parks is easy to use and runs seamlessly. We were using another company that couldn't do everything we needed. I found Park in a search and started looking into the app. They are so easy to work with. They had the initial work up for our sites in less than a week. The software is so easy for our staff to use but more importantly it's so easy for our Park guests to make their reservations. The staff was able to allow us to reserve our ball fields on hourly timeslots as well. We asked for certain tweaks to make it work and they came through with speed and ease. Cons The only con I had in getting started is that they only work with one processing company. November 2, 2024 5.0 I've been online for 2 days, I've been able to upload all my guest, unlike other reservation systems these guys had all my sites in order and even updated my map for me. This saved me so much time. Pros Can't say enough about Joshua, he has been over the top professional and helpful. Any questions I've had he's instantly responded and helped me. So nice to work with someone down to earth. Cons So far nothing. Everything has been fabulous. Customer Service and Support is top notch. Keep up the good work. I like that I was able to work with 1 person through the weeks that it took us to implement Parks on our website and if I have questions I would email \[sensitive content hidden\] and receive a reply back within a day. Pros Customer support from \[sensitive content hidden\] was great! She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The reservation entering was easy to once I was showing how to use the site. Very user friendly once you get using it. Cons The only con with I have would be that we have to use Stripe as our payment system vs using what we already had in place. Specifically, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been such a delight to work with as has the rest of the staff there as they were patient and understanding and extremely efficient getting our campground set up. Pros The ease of dragon drop for moving campers around various campsite is a delight. That coupled with being able to manage our entire operation from our iPhones has given us back the ability to be with our guests and not behind a desk. The park application has really changed, our ability to provide a better product to our campers! Cons The only thing is point of sale transactions, but that is being resolved as Park has recently released that feature, so really don’t have any cons to speak of. What a asset Park has been for our campsite, it was that I came across them at a local campsite management show. Pros I could not be happier with my results switching to Park. I am able to be in contact with one of the founders of the program and to me that makes a huge impact. Park prides themselves in Customer Service, and they go above and beyond to make you feel valued. I would recommend Park to any campground, no matter your size. They are an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning, through maintenance, to on boarding, to training, to after launch resources and continued customer service. Pros Customer service! Pros What we loved most about Park was how effortless the entire process felt. Their team are true experts — it’s clear they’ve seen just about everything. We were especially impressed with how smooth the installation and training went. Our staff quickly got up to speed with the software, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Cons We honestly couldn’t find a single thing we didn’t like about PARK. From the initial setup to ongoing support, everything exceeded our expectations. December 18, 2023 5.0 Awesome to work with, I've enjoyed our Google Meet calls to get everything set up the first couple weeks! Pros We've tried to join the 21st century and bring on technology before, but they were all quite difficult to set up and use on a daily basis. Finally we found one that just seems to make sense, and is easy for everyone at the office to pick up (even my 70 year old mother-in-law!). Online reservations have definitely made our lives easier as well, and we've been surprised to see the amount of overnighters pick up quiet a bit since they helped us list on some RV apps for traffic. Always get quick response from our contact at Park when we have a problem or question. Pros Park allowed us to manage RV Park during a time we didn’t have a camp host on site. It was the only reason we successfully kept up on who was out there, coming in and out, and who owed us money, etc. Cons We struggled at first keeping up with tracking who had paid and who had not when some paid online in advance and some did not.
