This was the most seamless tool we've tried - I'm so relieved to have found Tidy. New features are released all the time - I feel like they 'get' my pain points and are making them less painful. Cons Tidy has been in business for a long time, but this particular product (for rental properties) is a pretty new product for them, from what I understand. There were a few glitches at first, but customer support was super quick to respond and make it right. Pros This tool gives me a great overview of all properties, cleaning, and maintenance at my properties. Managing these things is hard, we love TIDY as a way to make all this easy.
