Our AGM was handled well. Our Chair and Assistant kept the meeting going, leading where appropriate for motions and process. Went very smoothly and professionally.

Pros

Our assigned Chair and Assistant. They were friendly and personable, and at the same time focused on process.

Cons

Having to do the unit factor checkin for quorum myself. That's about the only thing that I didn't like.

Very professional moderators who are knowledgeable about the product (Condo Corporations, voting etc.) as well as technically inclined; well spoken and able to turn any challenge around to the satisfaction of the Board and owners within the meeting itself.

Pros

Client support and ease of use. We have worked with Condo Voter many times and each meeting has been a success.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of off hand. The Moderators meeting informational slide show informing owner of how the meeting will work as well as meeting expectations is exceptionally good.

Overall, my experience with CondoVoter has been good and their support team has been helpful. It's best meeting host I've been used. Very professional & timely.

Pros

Strong customer support, response promtly and prefessional. The system is very easy to use and understand. The price is very competitive.

Excellent! Very impressed. The customer service, pricing, quality of the product produced were all top notch!

Pros

The flexibility provided by staff to work with our specific needs. The pricing was totally fair based on other competitors.

Cons

I really have no "cons" at this time. As we continue to use CondoVoter I'm sure I will notice something that could be improved but good so far!

So far CondoVoter has been easy to use, and the Customer Support has been fantastic. It has saved us so much time on mailouts and I assume it will make tabulating the votes at the meeting a breeze.

I currently don't have any complaints about CondoVoter, we have not yet come across anything that we would change.

CondoVoter is a wonderful tool. The staff (\[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\]) were both so helpful and knowledgeable and wanted our experience to be all that we hoped it would be. This was our second time using CondoVoter and we have recommended them to many others!

Pros

How easy and efficient the site and staff were! \[sensitive content hidden\] was so professional and knowledgeable. CondoVoter made what could be a stressful obstacle actually kind of fun!

Cons

The only thing that would be nice is if we could somehow find a way to "mark" and/or remove names of people who did not vote online to be removed from the "owners who have not voted" when they vote by paper ballot. We had so few, but it would still be nice to remove them from the list.

Exception service, moderator was excellent and kept the meeting on time and moving. During the premeeting, moderator provided good instructions.

Pros

Seamless and quick. Easy to upload documents and love the reminder notices. Moderator was very good.

Cons

Management has nothing to complain about. We have used Condo Voter for several year and we have be very pleased with the service.
