I will not purchase tickets through Tixr again. It was a very frustrating and seemed like a scam as first. It is not but they do not operate with the professionalism of other companies.

Pros

Tixr makes purchasing tickets fairly easy but it's not as professional as other ticket apps.

Cons

I purchased my tickets and they never showed up. I later learned that they would appear a few days before the event. I have bought a lot of tickets through other companies and the ticket always appears right away so it was strange. I tried to contact customers service to verify my purchase and found they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. You cannot call and they only want communication via email.
