### "Very stable and robust platform"

I find the platform to be stable and our API connection hasn't failed to my knowledge. Support is easy to access though chat but it's difficult getting someone on the phone.

Pros

Although we don't use all the features within the platform the features we do use are easy to use and access. The interface is simple to navigate and I think we get a good value for the money.

Cons

Our initial rollout was a bit clunky. Our physicians that already have an account on the platform under other healthcare systems have to use a unique email address for our account.

### "Valuable tool"

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have been very hands on and communicative with me and my team. They are always willing to share new features and answer questions, and have grown and improved in the time we have been with them.

Pros

The ease of use for our clinicians and admins is key. Information sorting and clear steps in the credentialing process have been critical in streamlining our internal onboarding.

Cons

Redundancy of documents (i.e. all license screenshot populate in the documents list when they could just stay in the license field). Finding documents is a bit hard because of this for providers whose licenses are constantly being verified on the back end

### "Great Product for Delegated Credentialing Managment"

Pros

If you have delegated credentialing or are planning on obtaining it for your organization is a must. They have automated many of the PSV verification and complete credentialing file quickly. Their committee management is easy to use and reportable.

Cons

That they do not have a better self service option for companies that want to manage their own enrollments/tasks.

Pros

Any time we have an issue, a question or just a general inquiry, the staff is always quick to respond. We rarely have to wait for more than 24 hours, which is amazing.

Cons

There isn't much that is lacking for our needs.

I have not been able to identify a con yet. is our second credentialing vendor and they have exceeded expectations.
