Cons Its really slow. There will be a different column for Invoice# so that the actual invoice and supplement invoice will look different. I wish that they did the fixing of things maybe after an average work day like 8am-5pm. Sometimes when they are updating or fixing things it adds a lot of extra time to the task that we are already doing. Pros I like that everything is included within one app. That way we don't have to do multiple things on multiple places at one time. January 20, 2025 5.0 My overall experience with the alvys is outstanding in a daily basis and satisfied with all the features. Pros The alvys is a good software that provides safe and secure paperwork to the correct cx with an updated automatic email address. We can share many invoices at the same time and also select the correct document automatically while sharing the invoices. January 28, 2025 4.0 Started rough, smoothed out, then have had issues again within the last few months, particularly after they rolled out their updated user interface. We are assured we are the only clients experiencing these issues, but I hate to say that's not super reassuring as it is affecting our daily operations. Still better than our old provider on the dispatch side, but a bit frustrating on the accounting/reporting side. Pros The driver interface is streamlined and has a clear and simple user interface. The ability for drivers to immediately upload paperwork directly to their load is also super helpful from a billing standpoint. Alvys has cut down on our data entry with AI and personnel who manage the rate con data uploads for us. Overall, the UI for the fleet management side of things is pretty easy to navigate as well, but I would appreciate if they could figure out a mobile-friendly version of their website so we can more easily answer driver questions after-hours or off-site. Cons The reporting systems are not great. It seems like some of the data sets are pulled from different areas, causing some discrepancies between numbers, depending on which report is pulled. Some of the data are also named slightly different things between various reports, which is difficult to figure out. IFTA reporting has not been accurate for a few months running now and fixes to that have never been quick, meaning I'm scrambling for work-arounds at the last minute each quarter to avoid late fees & fines for IFTA, KYU, NM, etc. We've has issues for months with data not flowing properly either within different modules of Alvys (fuels to driver pay, for instance) or from Alvys into QuickBooks. This has caused many issues for our accounting department. Fixes for these issues are generally not quick (I reported issues with IFTA again on Jan 2nd this quarter and did not receive a fix until the 28th by which time I had already processed much of the data manually to file our return). The support is great. The reporting feature is great overall except for some of the advanced reporting analysis that I do. Overall, the software is packed with features and they have a superb support team. Pros User Friendly - I find it very easy to navigate across the software. Shortcuts - The shortcuts are a very nice feature and make the platform easily accessible Totals - There is something which I keenly like is the totals row at the end of each data table. This feature aids in decision making. Integrations - There are so many integrations that are available, and APIs as well Support - The support team is awesome. \[sensitive content hidden\] have always been very active and responsive and helpful in taking care of the issues I bring to them. Cons Slow - What I've seen over the days as the business grew, the data is increasing and the software is taking more time to load the pages. Report - There are some things that are not that easy to find, like if we want to pull out a report for drivers for a month, and I need to the see the settlements that were processed & which and how many loads were processed in that time frame Ticket resolution takes time. Pros Alvys TMS has proven to be a game changer for me. It has greatly simplified things by consolidating multiple activities onto a single platform. Its automation has helped me handle jobs more efficiently, minimise costs, and reduce manual workload. The Driver Mobile App is fantastic, and the third-party connectors and AI automation are really beneficial. What I especially appreciate is how simple it was to get started, with no long-term commitments required—it's quite user-friendly. Cons Not getting proper settlement results, no proper dedcution reports. Not able to track drivers with their company ID. I do appreciate being able to scan in information and save those receipts on Alvys. It's moderately easy to use, though I do wish there were a few more options in layout and ability to look up certain information easily. Pros I like having the quick pull down list when putting in accessorials. Cons When broker's we have put on the "do not use" list are then given another account without direct permission. Several oversights on linehaul amounts or order numbers being entered incorrectly causing our customers not to pay us in a timely manner.
