Overall, my experience with Alvys TMS has been positive. It has significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced manual workload. While there are minor areas for improvement, the system supports smooth workflow management and helps maintain better control over logistics and accounting processes.

Pros

Alvys TMS is user-friendly and helps streamline day-to-day operations efficiently. The system makes load management, tracking, and documentation much more organized. It reduces manual effort and improves visibility across tasks, which helps in better coordination within the team.

Cons

At times, the system can be slightly slow or lag during peak usage. Some features require more customization to fully match business needs, and initial learning for new users can take time. Reporting functionality can also be improved for better insights

A lot of false promises from sales team , EDI team and \[sensitive content hidden\] all they say is there busy with new costumers they don’t focus on current clients.

Pros

Don’t have much to say here I hear a lot of false promises from people within management and even \[sensitive content hidden\] himself tried to get EDI done multiple times they never fallow thru.

Cons

Tried to integrate EDI with them multiple times never happens they just feed you with excuses on what’s it’s not being done.

We love working with the Alvys team and the program! The team is very response to immediate issues and to enhancements. We love the innovation and drive to constantly improve. We've worked with many other TMS companies in the past - systems were clunky and outdated. Alvys team gets it - they're friendly, helpful, and want to provide you the best user experience possible!

Pros

We LOVE Alvys! The TMS is sleek, very user friendly, and robust. They are constantly rolling out new updates and features (which can require some adaptiveness on our end), but we love the innovation and drive to improve the program.

Cons

Search feature - this used to be the best part of the program and now it stinks!

Started rough, smoothed out, then have had issues again within the last few months, particularly after they rolled out their updated user interface. We are assured we are the only clients experiencing these issues, but I hate to say that's not super reassuring as it is affecting our daily operations. Still better than our old provider on the dispatch side, but a bit frustrating on the accounting/reporting side.

Pros

The driver interface is streamlined and has a clear and simple user interface. The ability for drivers to immediately upload paperwork directly to their load is also super helpful from a billing standpoint. Alvys has cut down on our data entry with AI and personnel who manage the rate con data uploads for us. Overall, the UI for the fleet management side of things is pretty easy to navigate as well, but I would appreciate if they could figure out a mobile-friendly version of their website so we can more easily answer driver questions after-hours or off-site.

Cons

The reporting systems are not great. It seems like some of the data sets are pulled from different areas, causing some discrepancies between numbers, depending on which report is pulled. Some of the data are also named slightly different things between various reports, which is difficult to figure out. IFTA reporting has not been accurate for a few months running now and fixes to that have never been quick, meaning I'm scrambling for work-arounds at the last minute each quarter to avoid late fees & fines for IFTA, KYU, NM, etc. We've has issues for months with data not flowing properly either within different modules of Alvys (fuels to driver pay, for instance) or from Alvys into QuickBooks. This has caused many issues for our accounting department. Fixes for these issues are generally not quick (I reported issues with IFTA again on Jan 2nd this quarter and did not receive a fix until the 28th by which time I had already processed much of the data manually to file our return).

the software is quite well for accounting system and the layout of the software is easy to understand .

Pros

easy-to-navigate interface, making it simple to get up to speed quickly with minimal training.

Cons

We are unable to revise any invoice if needed . There is only option of creating a supplement invoice.

My overall experience with the alvys is outstanding in a daily basis and satisfied with all the features.

Pros

The alvys is a good software that provides safe and secure paperwork to the correct cx with an updated automatic email address. We can share many invoices at the same time and also select the correct document automatically while sharing the invoices.

Cons

We cannot change the invoice date after completing the process of invoice status. We cannot search the many loads in a single search bar.

I can say my overall experience with Alvys is quite good and i would like to keep using this software and recommend others as well.

Pros

It is a good software for the billing in logistics as it creates the invoice with the necessary docs and automatically saved it in the system to use. And it makes more easy to monitor the data by exporting reports.

Cons

We can't search multiple loads in the system. And we can't bill the loads in the back date.
