Pros

Great phone system, easy to navigate and use! Receiving voicemails, updating messages, and getting support is always easy!

Cons

We still run into the issue of the phones not working hen service is down, which makes patient communication hard at times

The experience has been great so far. Mango is a great tool in my daily life at work, making and receiving calls.

Pros

Mango it's an easy access app. It allows me to keep in touch with clients/patients very easily. I like the pop up notifications and also the pop up screen whenever I receive a new call. As a front desk representative, I must answer the calls promptly and Mango is perfect in that sense.

Cons

Sometimes, the calls aren't so clear or accurate. Sometimes, I also experience some kind of delay with the inboud/outbound calls.

I am very pleased with Mango Voice. Their willingness to white glove our issues sets them up higher for success.

Pros

What i like about Mango Voice is the team is willing to work with you to solve issues. Most of the time when you purchase a product, after they have your money and name on the dotted line you get back thrown into the queue of everyone else. Our account rep has been amazing and always white gloves our issues for us.

Cons

Mango Voice is still new and working on adding features like Security Groups for user management. When it comes to IT, these kinds of things are imperative.

Pros

I like that you can easily access call logs and get customer support. Their staff is very helpful in providing step-by-step instructions to manage tasks within Mango Voice. The switchboard can be confusing and I have been navigated through how to use it multiple times.

Cons

I don't always love the complexity of the switchboard and navigating different message options for after business hours.

Even for everything I mentioned here about Mango Voice, I think it is an excellent application to use. I don't have much to complain about. I highly recommend it to anyone asking about a good VOIP application.

Pros

I personally found Mango Voice to be a very easy to use application, it has very good flexibility, advanced features and magnificent customer support.

Cons

Just like any other application, internet dependency is essential, but I believe that this is a relevant disadvantage to be mentioned. However, there are some applications for both desktop and mobile phones that have failures on their part. But I believe that over time they should improve.

You can only access their portal and call log from USA and Canada. When I was on vacation in Europe I was unable to check the call log.

Pros

Friendly customer support. They provided training and helped us set up the phone tree

Cons

When it was time for renewal they doubled the price stating that upon review of the account there are 5 user but we were paying for 3 users. Ofcourse, that was incorrect and we only were using 3 phones. I do not know how they perform their audit but it was done incorrectly. Also, after a year with them we realized they had a inaccurate caller ID for us. The caller ID was displaying a rondom name not our business name.

How easy it is to use.. We have multiple computers with the same system and minimum cables

There are times that the phone just does not want to work absolutely nothing different just all of a sudden stops working and then 10 minutes later it can start working again. It can be a little annoying

It seems like any other voice software. I dont have anything to compare it to.

Cons

Mango seems to be offline a lot. Phone lines get are off and there is no time given of it being resolved. I reach out to support and am told "we are aware of the problem but do not have a resolution or time yet" for hours. I also used to really like the chat box on the Mango admin website and that seems to be gone now too

Their customer service has been great. I've never had any downtime with my phones.

Pros

I've found it to be a really straightforward VoIP system that allows me to customize a schedule and forward calls easily.

Cons

I have not had any issues. The only thing I would say is that the app needs work but I honestly never use the app.
