### "Salesforce - A useful tool"

I have used this product to log company information, contacts, conversations, and track tasks. It is a useful organization tool and centralized database upon which to build a profile of various companies.

Pros

Easy user-interface as well as a lot of helpful metrics.

Cons

The need for frequent password updates is a con as I sometimes have difficulty keeping track of my passwords. However, it does ensure greater security for the system and it is quite easy to update one's password.

Pros

Salesforce complete CRM package It is flexible and fully customizable. It is easy to use and manage and the best part its supports all major browsers.

Cons

The mobile UI is getting better with each release, but it's not there yet in the sense there are things that you cannot do on it.

This CRM tool provides much flexibility and ease of use. There was just the right kind of digital CRM techniques that I needed to test my marketing campaigns and personalize the targeting based on my project's needs. The only concern is the price tag, compared to some of the alternatives out there.
