Pros Google Workspace is an essential business tool, it allows you to manage a domain and domain email in one easy to access space. I’ve additionally coupled it with other Google software like Voice which allows me to text and call from my phone or web browser without exposing my personal information to clients. I also like using the calendar to allow clients to schedule directly through the booking page. Overall it’s very easy to access and hard to imagine doing business without it! Cons The cost is challenging as are the lack of competitors in the market. I truly don’t know what alternatives could even exist so it’s just a cost I accept as part of doing business. Absolutely no complains despite the monthly costs as it makes busy workflow so much more easier and managable. Definitely worth it. Pros It is simple, integrated, and seamless. Can easily schedule meetings, tasks, and appointments to manage a busy workflow with tinely reminders. It connects with a large amount of other apps for a seamless user experience. For example, as a business, you have easy cloud storage, and all the products are pretty self-explanatory. I also enjoy that the Google Presentations and Google Docs have templates that allow for ease of use. Furthermore, file sharing is pretty easy, and you have easy access to people in and outside of your network. Cons One of the downsides to Google Workspace is the cloud storage. It can fill up faster than expected, and to receive more you need to pay a fee. Pros The functionality of the program with regard to file sharing is incredible and I can now send high-resolution product catalogs of my historical miniatures to potential customers within seconds and the search capabilities are powerful and can find old client invoices easily. Cons The repeating subscription is not a good value to a single retail business where I only require a simple cloud storage and customer service is virtually absent where I have to contend with inexplicable syncing problems and errors. I have used Sheets, Forms, Groups, and other programs associated with the workspace and managed other users through the Admin capabilities (creating emails, getting access back, etc.) For a small business or nonprofit, it works really well without needing a whole IT department or having to contact customer service. Pros I am sitting at my desk, eating lunch and have learned that the documents and mail staff can connect with each other which I find interesting. This will help my daily reporting work. It was awesome watching three people (in different locations) open the same document without failure, sharing the document. As stated before, this could possibly fit into what I need to accomplish. Cons The organization of the software's configuration is very unorganized. My one major gripe is the continuing single domain error associated with removing an item.
