File sharing and cloud storage are excellent, allowing real-time collaboration, secure access from anywhere, and simple permission control. Customer support is generally helpful and knowledgeable, especially for business users, and can effectively resolve technical issues, although response times may sometimes vary. The platform is mostly stable, with only occasional minor bugs like syncing or formatting issues. Scheduling is also efficient through Google Calendar and Meet, making it easy to organize and manage meetings.

What I like most about Google Workspace is how easy it is to use and how it combines all the main tools like Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Meet in one platform. It offers good value for money, makes file sharing and cloud storage simple, and allows real-time collaboration from anywhere. I love working with Google workspace and find new tools to use within it all the time. Mostly drive and docs and sheets allow me to work efficiently.

Pros

I love how easy it is to collaborate and work on documents with colleagues. Even those outside of Google can get access.

Cons

Sometimes the sharing is unclear, if the person has the right permissions with the copied links or if they must be granted permission via email.

Overall I'd recommend this product to other small business owners. It provides a valuable service and does so well.

Pros

Google Workspace's HIPAA compliant option is perfect for my small business. It is a budget option but doesn't feel like I'm missing functions I'd need or get from a more expensive option. I have access to file sharing and cloud storage as needed, am able to schedule as needed, and haven't had a single bug or issue in the almost year I've been using it. It doesn't feel intuitive for me to use as someone who doesn't work in tech, however, I am able to navigate it well enough and haven't felt the need to contact customer support at any point.

Cons

Sometimes it feels challenging to navigate as someone who isn't techy; at times, I've needed to look up instructions or tutorials.

La cosa che colpisce di più è la fluidità tra gli strumenti: passare da una mail su Gmail a un file su Drive o a una riunione su Meet è immediato, senza interruzioni. Anche la collaborazione in tempo reale su documenti e fogli di lavoro rende tutto più veloce e riduce quasi a zero il problema delle versioni multiple dei file. Un altro punto forte è la semplicità d’uso: non serve una grande curva di apprendimento, e questo lo rende adatto sia per uso personale che professionale. D’altra parte, l’esperienza non è perfetta. La dipendenza da internet può essere un limite in alcune situazioni, e alcune funzioni avanzate richiedono piani a pagamento. Inoltre, chi è abituato a software desktop molto complessi può trovare alcuni strumenti un po’ essenziali. In sintesi, è una soluzione che funziona molto bene se l’obiettivo è collaborare, organizzare e lavorare in modo rapido e condiviso, mentre è meno adatta se si cercano personalizzazioni avanzate o uso completamente offline

Pros

Collaborazione in tempo reale: più persone possono lavorare sullo stesso documento (Docs, Sheets, Slides) senza conflitti o versioni duplicate. Salvataggio automatico su cloud: niente rischio di perdere file, tutto viene salvato automaticamente su Drive. Accesso da qualsiasi dispositivo: basta una connessione internet per lavorare da PC, tablet o telefono. Integrazione tra strumenti: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet e Chat sono tutti collegati tra loro e semplificano il lavoro. Condivisione facile e controllata: puoi decidere chi può vedere, commentare o modificare i file in pochi secondi

Cons

Dipendenza dalla connessione internet: molte funzioni funzionano meglio online, quindi senza rete l’esperienza può essere limitata. Privacy e gestione dei dati: alcuni utenti non sono completamente a loro agio con il fatto che i dati siano su cloud gestito da Google. Costo per le versioni avanzate: le funzioni gratuite sono buone, ma per aziende o utilizzi professionali i piani a pagamento possono essere costosi. Personalizzazione limitata rispetto ad altri strumenti: alcune funzioni avanzate di formattazione o gestione file sono meno flessibili rispetto a software desktop tradizionali. Interfaccia “semplice” ma a volte basilare: per chi cerca strumenti molto complessi o specializzati, può risultare un po’ essenziale.

Pros

Value for money is great! Once I found my groove in using it as an EHR it's been pretty simple for both me and the clients when it comes to needing forms signed! I haven't had to use customer support, but it is easy to get to it and the FAQ is very helpful.

Cons

I use it as an EHR and there are times I wish there were a better way to streamline documentation for client files and sending reminders to clients. I know it's not made to be an EHR, but just a thought.

Pros

This is a free product within the Google ecosystem, as it is google there are barely any bigs or issues and any are solved fairly quickly. Google offers cloud storage which is good for file sharing making it very easy to use

Cons

Sometimes the layout could be revamped but that is personal preference. It can sometimes get guite busy and not very many colours as that is how I view things

Overall, its a great choice for teams that want a simple cloud-first platform to increase collaboration and productivity, or where teams are lacking a stronger technical presence to manage local infrastructure. Some advanced features and compute power are traded for this convenience, so it's best suited to environments that prioritise speed and accessibility over granular control and 'heavy lifting'.

Pros

Where smooth collaberation and low friction workflows are priority, google workspace provide a seemless experience to end users. Their suite is tightly integrated across Drice, Gmail, Docs, sheets and Calendar - meaning teams can move efficiently between tools and services without having to switch platforms or reauthenticate anywhere. Its a very straight forward and easy process to share files, manage permissions and view/edit documents together, allowing for cloud-first environments and distributed teams to gel.

Cons

whilst being excellent for collaboration, it isn't quite as powerful as the desktop counterparts and provides some headaches as an administrator when navigating depth and access controls. It is heavily cloud dependent, requiring an active internet connection to interact which rules out a number of offline or some high-security workflows.

Workspace is an overall positive user experience that allows me access to multiple options for my business and works seamlessly with other products.

Pros

Google Workspace is an essential business tool, it allows you to manage a domain and domain email in one easy to access space. I’ve additionally coupled it with other Google software like Voice which allows me to text and call from my phone or web browser without exposing my personal information to clients. I also like using the calendar to allow clients to schedule directly through the booking page. Overall it’s very easy to access and hard to imagine doing business without it!

Cons

The cost is challenging as are the lack of competitors in the market. I truly don’t know what alternatives could even exist so it’s just a cost I accept as part of doing business.

My experience was positive. The ability to easily share, edit and communicate across multiple platforms was excellent. And the mobile experience added weight too. Highly recommended.

Pros

I used Workspace every day for 15 months, as it was the platform of choice for the company I worked for, and it is an excellent utility. The layout is clear, it is easy to use and to set up. I liked seeing my emails, appointments, Drive files and Chat all in one home screen. Finding what I needed was super simple and speedy, whilst sharing files was quick and unfussy. It was my landing page every morning on my desktop and the wide variety of functions and layout settings, made day to day tasks easy. Switching between email, Chat and Calendar was seamless. In terms of file sharing this was clutter free and I very much liked the choice of attaching as a file or inserting inline. I never got near to the limit of storage and didn’t feel like I was about to be sold more space or encouraged to make additional third party purchases. The ability to share and integrate files across platforms was super helpful, whilst I cannot recall ever experiencing a bug or technical issue with Workspace.

Cons

The only fly in the ointment for me was the sheer number fo tabs and choices within the Setting menu. It seemed to be layer upon layer and whilst all the different choices were appreciated, finding the exact setting you wanted to adjust could take too long.

Works really well for a growing startup. Quick to set up, easy to scale with the team, and keeps things moving. You notice some limits as you interact more with larger organizations, but overall a strong setup.

Pros

Very smooth to work in. Everything is connected and just works. Easy to collaborate in real time and share internally. Great fit for a fast moving team where you just want to get things done.

Cons

Gets messy over time. Hard to keep structure in Drive and the admin side is not very intuitive. Some friction when working with larger customers or partners since many of them are on Teams.
