Google workspace has the tool for every task. If you think you need it and wish Google had it, they probably do. Just need to ask!

Cons

Many companies choose not to use Google Workspace because it is considered less confidential. Specifically health fields that need more HIPAA safe options.

Overall, my experience with Google Workspace has been very positive. It provides a reliable and user-friendly platform for communication, collaboration, and productivity. The admin console is intuitive, security features are strong, and managing users and devices is straightforward. The integration between Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, and other apps helps teams stay productive and connected. While there is still room for improvement in Microsoft Office compatibility, the platform continues to meet our business needs effectively.

Pros

Google Workspace is easy to set up and manage, even for small IT teams. The apps work well together, making collaboration with colleagues simple and efficient. I also appreciate how straightforward it is to manage users, reset accounts, and apply admin settings across the organization.

Cons

Some integrations with Microsoft Office are still not as seamless as they could be. While compatibility has improved over the years, there are occasional formatting issues and workflow limitations when collaborating with users who primarily work in Microsoft applications.

Google workspace is amazing. From Medical to restaurants, you can use it in every single industry to increase productivity and task management.

Pros

Value for Money- Better than the other available options Customer Support - you can call them anytime you have an issue. Amazing staff that fixes all Bugs and Issues. Ease of Use with scheduling, file sharing, and endless cloud storage!

Cons

Honestly google workspace has so many different ways to be used, there are no downsides that I can think of.

Since I have used Google Workspace I have not used any other cloud storage options. It is powerful, easy to use, and exactly what I need.

Pros

The tools and ability of Google Workspace to integrate with all of its apps is phenomenal. You have the option of saving in various file types plus share files with ease. They are continually adding new features and fixing any issues.

Cons

The main thing that I like least about Google Workspace is that any add-ons or apps that you connect pretty much have complete access to your files and Google drive.

Pros

Google Workspace is my saving grace-- I don't know what I would do without this suite of awesome tools. They are so easy to use-- they make my work life so seamless. The cloud storage is amazing. It makes file sharing a breeze, and I've always had great experiences with their support team.

Cons

I can't think of a time when I have had an issue with Google Workspace. I've always had really enjoyable experiences with it.

Pros

Google products on your own domain with extra controls to manage accounts and groups with generic emails.

Cons

The removal of the free option! I had this for years and now it's a fairly costly expense, but it's not easy to migrate away.

Pros

Google workspace is a all in one solution for my team collaboration. I love that how everything is connected which makes my daily workflow very smooth. And with my cloud based setup I can work from anywhere.

Cons

I did not find anything of my dislike but I would say that it can become more expensive as your team grows.

Workspace elimina la dispersione di materiali: programmi, registri, test, materiali di approfondimento e compiti sono organizzati in un unico "luogo" digitale, accessibile ovunque. Questo ti libera da gran parte del carico burocratico e logistico, permettendoti di dedicare molto più tempo alla qualità dell'insegnamento e al rapporto pedagogico con i tuoi studenti.

Pros

La condivisione in tempo reale di documenti normativi e casi studio. Con Google Docs, puoi creare un fascicolo digitale per la classe contenente i riferimenti agli articoli della Costituzione o del Codice Civile. Gli studenti possono analizzare e annotare le fonti in tempo reale, permettendoti di correggere interpretazioni errate o approfondire passaggi complessi mentre il lavoro è in corso, trasformando la lezione frontale in un laboratorio giuridico collaborativo.

Cons

La dipendenza dalla connettività. Poiché gran parte del lavoro su Google Workspace avviene nel cloud, la mancanza di una connessione internet stabile a scuola può limitare l’accesso ai materiali, alle presentazioni o alla piattaforma Classroom, creando momenti di stallo durante le lezioni se non si è provveduto a scaricare preventivamente le copie offline. Svantaggio aggirabile collegandosi alla connessione del cellulare mediante hotspot.

I have had an overall great experience with Google workspace. Our clinic operations and administrative tasks are more seamless and intuitive thanks to the toolbox of services provided to us.

Pros

I like that I can easily keep all my business documents integrated in one system, at a reasonable price. Our clinic can simply share files with each other and maintain a clear schedule of appointments.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is the recent change of the logos, especially the logo for sheets - it takes me slightly longer to recognize it when scrolling the dropdown menu… but this is such a minimal issue. Great product.
