C'est visuellement attrayant et facile de choisir l'espace désiré. Les salles ne devraient pas être incluse dans le % d'occupation mais juste les poste de travail. Ex, il y a des jours où nous avons des taux d'occupation de plus de 100 %. Et la même chose pour les statistiques de présence pour les personnes, si la personne qui fait la réservation est en télétravail mais réserve une salle pour faire une rencontre avec des personnes qui sont eu bureau alors les statistiques compte la personne qui est en télétravail et qui a fait la réservation comme présente. Lors du lancement, les profils ont été créés avec les adresses courriel et maintenant nous devons demander aux gens d'aller les modifier, chose qu'ils ne font pas. Ça rend les choses plus difficiles lorsqu'on veut inviter ou rechercher quelqu'un.
