Pros

操作が簡単で使いやすいことです。ほぼ一人で受注、管理、作成をしているので余計な時間を使うことなく管理が一目でできるのは大きいです。

Cons

今は特にないです。今後も改良を続けてさらに使い勝手がよくなることを期待しています。

Pros

エクセルだと過去に作ったものを探すのが大変ですが、検索ですぐ絞れますし、スピーディに見積を作れます。また原価入力して、利益率を簡単に確認できるのが、一番のメリットかもしれません。 行の追加や入力もストレスなくでき、他社のWebサービスと比較してもかなり使いやすい部類だと思います。 請求書も見積から起こすことができるので、すぐに作成できます。 どの見積が受注済みで、どの受注が請求済みかもわかり易く管理できるので、小規模な会社にはベストな選択だと思います。

Cons

現状それほど困っていませんが、社印の登録が複数できたら助かります。(取引先によって角印でなく代表印を求められる場合があります)。 また請求(入金)の消込が銀行自動連携等でできるようになったらいいなと思います。 ただ今のままでも十分かと思います。

請求管理がしやすくなった。一度に全体を管理できる。今までは苦痛だった請求書、見積書づくりも楽しくできるようになりました。

仕事の管理、運用で使い勝手が良かった。試しに始められる価格だった。

受注書や発注書に関しては、問題無く使わせて頂いております。全ての機能は使い切っていないので出来れば、全てを把握したいと思います。

全体的な流れは良いですが、個別画面の入力項目名や意味について分かり辛いのが難点。システムの設計が出荷基準となっており、売上という概念がないので、出荷＝請求となっており、進捗基準で対応する場合は見積もりから何度も受注処理を行うなど工夫が必要だと思います。

Pros

最大の長所は安価な事です。機能面についても必要なものは揃っており、難なく導入が出来ました。

Cons

ステータス管理機能がありますが、ステータスそれぞれの意味が分かり辛い事

特に短所以外は問題なく使用している

Pros

安価ですぐに開始できること。マスターを登録することなく使えるところは簡単。

Cons

・備考欄の大きさをユーザが自由に変動できるようにして欲しい。 ・ログが取れない。　例えば、修正した過去履歴を残せるようにして欲しい。見積、請求、注文書 ・マスター登録は、使い勝手をもう少しよくして欲しい。

とにかく使いやすい

Pros

安くて使いやすいのはもちろんですが、ユーザーの意見を取り入れてどんどん改修が進むところが良い点です。

Cons

特に使いにくい点はありませんが、送り状印刷だけ別の機能に分けてもらった方が良いと思います。（請求書複数で同じ請求先というシチュエーションに対応させてほしい）

いままでだと請求書の決裁承認がなかったので、システム切替えてから上長の決裁が楽になりました。

Pros

直感的で使いやすく欲しい機能の大半が網羅されていると思っています。テンプレートも充実しているのでキックオフする企業、システム移管を考えいる企業向けです。メールでの請求書などにも対応しているので便利です。

Cons

他のシステム連動も意識して欲しいと思っています。

スプレッドオフィスを使用して困った事や出来なかった事というのがない。 またサポートも手厚く、電話サポートにも対応してくれて、何かあってもすぐに解決が可能。 贅沢をいうならば、書式の雛形を１回１万円とかでオリジナルが追加可能であれば物凄く嬉しいと思う。

Pros

簡単に見積書の作成から納品書の発行・請求書の発行が出来る点。 マスター登録も簡単かつ使い勝手が良く、説明書はあるが、ほとんど見なくても設定や使用する事が可能。

Cons

データーを貯めていくと少し読み込み速度が遅くなる事
