Additionally, the subscription required for LinkedIn Learning is not expensive and you learn a lot for just a low cost. **Pros:** There is a variety of content from different areas from business to software engineering to new tech tools and LinkedIn Learning does a great job of presenting concepts in a way that makes sense. You even get multiple attempts on chapter quizzes to show mastery towards content. Additionally, upon completion of a course, you earn a certificate you can show and the course is tied to applicable LinkedIn skills. **Cons:** Sometimes, courses on leadership and marketing can be long winded and the speaker doesn't always get to the point making the content somewhat mind numbing. Additionally, LinkedIn should ask you first weather you want applicable skills tied to a course added to your profile rather than adding them as new skills by default.
