Wir sind seit 2023 Nutzer von skillsforwork. Für Feedback, Anliegen und Fragen ist das Supportteam jederzeit da und versucht schnell Lösungen zu finden. Es gibt regelmäßige Updates, die die Pflege und Bearbeitung vereinfachen. Die Unterweisungen finden sowohl online als E-Learning oder auch in Präsenz statt. Wir können nach fast 3 Jahren eine hohe Quote an Unterweisungen vorzeigen und haben bei den Themen Datenschutz und Arbeitssicherheit einen enormen Kenntnissprung erlangt.

Pros

\- Benutzerfreundlich für die Mitarbeiter - interaktives und aktuelles Schulungsmaterial - Umfang der Unterweisungsthemen nimmt stetig zu - eigene Schulungsinhalte können problemlos integriert werden (inkl. betriebsbezogenen Dateien, Videos, Links, Bilder etc.) - Rückmeldung vom Support innerhalb weniger Stunden - offen für Feedback und Kundenwünsche

Cons

\- Die erstmalige Einrichtung aller Schulungen und Gruppen ist anfangs zeitintensiv, lohnt sich jedoch nachhaltig. - Schulungen im Bereich Datenschutz könnten lebendiger gestaltet werden, wenn auch das Thema generell sehr theoretisch ist.

Skillsforwork ist für mich eine leicht zu nutzende Schulungssoftware, die bisherigen Schulungen waren alle zufriedenstellend und die Nutzerverwaltung ist ebenfalls einfach.

Pros

Gute Strukturierung und daraus resultierend einfache Nutzung und Verständlichkeit der Software und der Schulungsinhalte.

Cons

Aktuell habe ich keine konkreten negativen Punkte, da das Angebot insgesamt meinen Erwartungen entspricht.

Es braucht einige Zeit Um alles in einzupflegen, spart am ende aber unheimlich viel Zeit und Verwaltungsaufwand. Großer Bonus sind auch die eigenen Themen, die man erstellen kann. Und das alles noch deutlich günstiger als die meisten Mitbewerber.

Pros

Das einfache Handling, dass ich sehr viel Zeit sparen konnte und der sehr flexible und schnelle Service.

Cons

Es gab gelegentlich aber eher selten Probleme damit, dass sich die Seite aufgehangen hat. Alles andere was zu bemängeln gab wurde durch Updates behoben.

Grundsätzlich dennoch eine gute Plattform, um Mitarbeitende in diversen Themen zu schulen bzw. zu unterweisen.

Pros

Einfache, intuitive Benutzbarkeit der Plattform, sowohl als Nutzer, als auch als Administrator. Sehr gute und schnelle Unterstützung des Support-Teams bei einfachen Nachfragen.

Cons

Teilweise sind Schulungen inhaltlich nicht korrekt bzw. nicht auf aktuellem Stand. Hinweise, diese Fehler zu beheben erfordern bei skillsforwork eine längere Bearbeitungszeit (mind. 1 -2 Wochen).

Eigenständiges händeln der Nutzer Service über Terminbuchungssystem: Termine noch am selben Tag möglich Ausdruck der Unterlagen

Cons

Nachtragen von in Präsens erteilten Schulungen, da einige Vorgesetzte nach eigenen Unterlagen arbeiten.

Ich empfine die Anwendung als noch nicht fertig und ausgereift, es gibt noch viele bereiche die nicht Anwenderfreundlich (für Admins) sind.

Pros

Der Support ist unschlagbar.!!! Alle Damen und Herren im Service ( \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\]), waren bisher sehr kompetent und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Probleme wurden meistens sofort behoben andere, die die IT betrafen wurden umgehend weitergeleitet. Das Unternehmen kann stolz darauf sein, solche engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen zu haben. Das System mit der Terminvergabe über den Kalender ist perfekt!

Cons

Wenn Schulungen ablaufen, Mitarbeiter haben diese Schulung oder Unterweisung jedoch noch nicht absolviert, bekommt der Vorgesetzte oder Admin keine Information. Der Admin muss proaktiv in die beendeten Schulungen und Unterweisungen schauen, um dieses zu entdecken. Hierdurch könnte bei den Mitarbeitern die Einstellung Schule machen, "das Thema einfach auszusitzen"!

Gute Unterstützung für die IT-Sicherheit. Die Mitarbeiter haben es angenommen und auch die IT kann noch etwas lernen. Eine einfache Form der Weiterbildung, aber effektiv.

Pros

Einfache Installation und Erreichbarkeit, auch für die Teilnehmer. Individuelles Lernen/Ausführen möglich. Maximal 15 Min Zeitaufwand im Monat und wesentlich besser als eine trockene Belehrung.

Cons

In der letzten Zeit wurden die Antworten im Fragespiel nicht mehr angezeigt. Das ist dann wie Lotterie und führt bei den Teilnehmern zu Unmut.
