It can take a long time to get your money. If you transfer to the wrong user they don't always credit back. I was denied getting my money back because they stole it 7 months ago and kept promising to get my merchandise. I sent them the proof but they didn’t even look at it the first time they just denied it. They denied the appeal and I am going to get my money back through the government and prosecution of these people because this app doesn’t protect your money. Pros First of all, I have never had any money stolen by someone by not providing the merchandise, and being under federal prosecution, but Cash App denied my dispute. Apparently, they don’t provide protection like a bank does so don’t forget that! Cons It seemed convenient for a long time but no protection is no protection. I think something has changed with Cash App because it appears they are not customer focused anymore and just greedy. Pros I love it I use it all the time for friends and family sometimes for payments very valuable doesn't cost anything to have it. Payment process is super quick and super easy to use. Customer support is awesome I have no complaints they are there when needed. Very easy to navigate simple setup and using it. Card management is very convient cause it has a virtual card where if you lost your card you can use the virtual one. Yes you can connect your credit card, bank card, paypal very convinent I would recommend this for everyone.Plus if you invite friends you also get a kick back which is a good side of them on top of all other offers. Cons I really have nothing I don't like besides the Barrowing part you got to spend $500 a month or have direct deposit to barrow from them.
