We want to expand our use of the product. It is perfect for what we need to be efficient and accurate.

Pros

The product itself with the Droplet team expanding their horzons.. keeping up and surpassing expectations of the industry.

Cons

OH, look at that.. what I said years ago is similar to our experience now.. the Administration not understanding how we that use droplet are 110% satisified, and they don't understand Droplets full potential. No cons for Droplet only our Administration.

The Droplet has helped me to have the carrier agreements, authorizations, and transport documents signed without following the faxed copies or costly phone pictures.

Pros

I prefer emailing a link and having documents returned back signed within a few minutes and this keeps my dispatch schedule going rather than holding up on missing paperwork.

Cons

I hate the fact that it sometimes becomes slow in processing large collections of documents and the processes of bulk sending are not as smooth as they should be.

In general I really enjoy using droplets products. The features are continuing to improve and their customer service has been great. The company is very receptive to suggestions and will help you customize your forms in a way that works for you.

Pros

Droplet is an efficient way to handle large workflow tasks with multiple signoffs.

Cons

Some of the features of droplet are counterintuitive during the building phase of forms.

Would like to know how to personally make changes to our existing contract each year. Not that I don't love \[sensitive content hidden\], but knowing how to do this ourselves would be great. Also, I'd like to customise the emails that go out.

I recommend Droplet to anyone who wants to improve their workflow in their organization.

Pros

Once we launched Droplet, after working with a support team, we have been able to make our workflow much smoother!

Cons

There were several versions of our original form, but I think that is because many of the people on our team are not tech people, and had a hard time with systems thinking.

Droplet was the easiest for our teachers to use in our school district.

Pros

Droplet's form customization makes any idea come to fruition. Our district administration has found ways to anticipate user errors and we use our Droplet forms to correct them before they are even submitted, saving everyone time and energy. The Droplet support team is amazing, as well. They also respond within a few hours and almost always have a \*chef's kiss\* perfect solution to your problem. A+!

Cons

The product is a bit expensive at first, but once your organization is rolling with enough Droplets, the cost is beyond worth it.

The benefits of using the droplet system is that the requests move virtually. You can track who has the request and give them a reminder email if they hold onto it a little longer than is necessary.

Pros

Integration was very easy. The forms are easy for me to read because they are typed. I have a permanent record of all requests at my fingertips.

Cons

Our old system was paper and pen, so there is nothing I dislike about droplet. I cannot imagine going back to paper and pen.
