Customer service poor, doesn't answer and closes question without a resolution. I have been waiting 3 weeks for csv file upload, apparentyl a 'bug' still no update. - Sent a colour letter to myself as a test, came back B&W - Customer support on chat doesnt ever answer - Sales person disappeared once signed up

Signing up, was relatively easy, then it went down hill

I usually use PostGrid to send postcards to get people to buy from our brand. And it works.

Pros

The API docs are hands-down the best. I could integrate PostGrid into my Salesforce account within minutes.

Cons

PostGrid might not work for those who want to send items individually instead of in large numbers.
