Pros Tracker I-9 Compliance is easy to use and user friendly. Cons I don't know, since Tracker is the only I-9 tool / interface I've ever used so I don't really have anything to compare my experience to. I have seen the system evolve to an even sleeker system with more features than we are currently taking advantage of. The Customer support and assistance from the implementation manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing. Cons The biggest issue we have had is the billing. The complication stems from the way the contract was finalized. Nonetheless, Mitratch/Tracker has worked collaboratively with us to resolve the matter. Review Source AK Angela K. The automatic running of EVerify and saving forms is quite a time saver. Cons We are not notified via email when a candidate completes section one. Pros Very easy when I9 reverifications needed to be completed last summer. I like the audit trail. The platform is very straight forward. Cons Implementation was a little bit frustrating, as they continued to confuse our corporate company with one of our sister companies that also uses the platform.
