Cons Implementation was a little bit frustrating, as they continued to confuse our corporate company with one of our sister companies that also uses the platform. However, once this issue had been clarified, the process was smooth. I have seen the system evolve to an even sleeker system with more features than we are currently taking advantage of. The Customer support and assistance from the implementation manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing. Cons The biggest issue we have had is the billing. The complication stems from the way the contract was finalized. Nonetheless, Mitratch/Tracker has worked collaboratively with us to resolve the matter.
