Overall I've had great experiences with Brainly, when I've needed help on my children's homework, Brainly has been my go-to a few times.

Pros

I like how Brainly allows my children to have a safe space where they can ask questions about their homework, and receive answers.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Brainly is there is the potential for my child to get the wrong answer to a question.

Advise to ALL when u cancel save your email confirming they received it. I cancelled mine and was billed for the yearly fee of 96.00. They refused to give me a refund. My daughter graduated so obviously I cancelled. SAVE SAVE SAVE your email

Takes forever to get a tutor and some couldn't give u correct answer or just leave all together

Terrible, I have not received any type of good help from their website.

Pros

I didn't like Brainly, it's one of the websites that tricks you into giving payment information before you can even see what you're looking at.

Cons

I dislike that they're so rigid in their policies, $40 is a good amount of money for them to take out of my account. I reached out asking for a refund as I never used the service and they will not refund my money.

The experience was really great and amazing with brainly.

Pros

We get community based learning. Brainly provides wide range of products. Easy to access on a laptop as well as on a mobile phone. We get detailed explanations for every question or equation we ask. Completely free to use.

Cons

Not all answers may be accurate or well-explained, which can sometimes lead to confusion or incorrect understanding. Answers may sometimes lack depth or thorough explanations. It's possible to spend more time than planned on the platform, as browsing through questions and answers can be time-consuming.

Another base example of another online platform that does none of the objectives it states it can provide cheats the user out of an entire year subscription that won't ever be used, due to the profound waste of time it takes to input data, only to have responses that are completely incorrect or ineffective.

Pros

IF I had to choose from the complete lack of competence of the responses, which I completely doubt there is any AI anywhere to be found in this app, to the lack of any transparency or accountability or any existence of a Customer Support Team, I it would have to be billing, they were actually able to charge my credit card, because that is all this app can effectively accomplish.

Cons

I could go on and on, the system was never able to once provide a response that matched a multiple-choice scenario, so total lack of competency is definitely high up there, the fact that you will never ever be able to speak to a customer support agent that actually has a heartbeat and breathes, but only get caught in a loop of questions that is a total dead end ranks high as well, but I suppose the fact that this is another example of a complete and total scam that should be shut down, but will continue to run and defraud people is definitely the component I like least about this another total hoax and sham-operated by pure trash.
