With Mekari, store contacts are greatly assisted, and WhatsApp is more reliable because of the blue tick. Using customizable blast templates, it is easy to upload blast recipients, and sending blasts is easy and enjoyable. Because blasts are blue ticked and reliable, several transactions have been made through blasts. Moreover, there is a mobile contact application that makes it easy to respond to customers anywhere and anytime. Besssstttt!!

Pros

Usefull! Easy! Simple! What I like most about Mekari Qontak is that it is very easy to use. There is Mekari Qontak Mobile (Qontak Chat Mobile) that can be accessed anywhere and anytime, even outside of working hours. It is very simple and not complicated at all.

Cons

Not Issue, overall besssstttt!!!! So far, every problem has had a solution, the Mekari team is also quick to respond, the interface is good, the features are comprehensive, and it's not complicated!

After using Qontak for some time, I can say it’s been a big help for our daily operations. It keeps our communication smooth and helps us stay on top of every customer interaction.

Pros

The automation and reporting tools are my favorite parts. They save so much time and help us make better decisions based on real data.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to access certain reports, but it’s still very manageable. The platform remains easy to use overall, and once you get familiar with the flow, managing customer interactions becomes really efficient.

Pros

The ability to send WhatsApp messages in bulk with ease is what I like the most. It makes communication with a large number of users efficient, reliable, and straightforward, which has been very helpful for our project needs.

Cons

The limitation on the maximum number of users that can be included in a scheduled WhatsApp blast. This requires us to split campaigns into multiple batches, which sometimes adds extra effort.

Overall, we feel enjoy with Qontak and we want to extend the collaboration because Qontak help us to connect with our customers fast, and our customers feel enjoy after we integrate with Qontak

I like chatbot feature of Qontak because it's easy to use and helpful to our business. We can create flow of chatbot with easy and fast so that we can handle our customers 24 x 7

Cons

Actually, we integrate our system with qontak so that the message from whatsapp can forward to our app, and otherwise we can reply the message and forward it also to qontak with API. Sometimes we feel very difficult to communicate with Qontak Team if any error with API
