When the rank tracker broke in Jan 2025 after Google implemented anti-scraping measures, I tried reaching out to their support 4 different times over the course of a couple of weeks. Tried their chatbot and I tried some email addresses I found online. No response. I finally just canceled my account. Pros It's very cheap compared to competitors. Cons Customer service is nonexistent. They never respond. Backlink tracker doesn't pick up backlinks that other trackers do. Rank tracker completely broke as of Jan 2025 when Google implemented anti-scraping measures. If you're comming from one of the big SEO tools, then you might find SEO Base lacks certain functionalities or capabilities. However, the tools that it has, actually works great. I am a marketing expert, and I do love SEMRush but I just couldn't afford it anymore. Its just too expensive for Mexico. I wouldn't say its not worth it, its just that I wasn't using all the tools out there. At first I was hesitant to make the switch but when I akcnowledge the tools that I was actually using within SEMRsuh, pretty much all of theme where in SEOBase at a fraction of the cost in a simpler manner.
