A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours. It take 4-5 days just to fix online meeting. Solution takes weeks. Most of the time, we have to solve our issues ourselves. Its not businessman friendly. Dont lose your business with interakt

They are providing chat api. But nothing more.

Cons

Pathetic customer support. You need to leave your business and become developer to use their software.

Seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce are my most favorite features of Interakt. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog with Interakt and start selling products on WhatsApp.

Cons

It would be really great if the variants functionality in the catalogue is available.

Interakt is a good option if you want to use an Official WhatsApp Business Account. Using the trial account and getting a demo before finalizing the product is better.

Interakt is one of the Official WhatsApp Business API providers with this we can get an Official account and submit for WhatsApp Green tick.
