Pros I love how easy the program is, Also the ever since we got the invoice hub added to our package it has been a life saver for us to see where a lot of fees and over charges were happening. Cons love Everything except for you are not in Canada yet, other then that I have no complaints on the program. I also like the fact that in an even of a mistake made or for the sake of just adding more freight to any load the simplicity of the platform to allow you to edit. Cons The fact that it only keeps record of up to 14 days or 31 lines I believe. Even though I know that with the purchase of the services you can have more access. I am grateful for this tool. It helps me be more efficient and streamlined my shipping. Pros I like that all of my quotes are at a click of a button and that I do not have to quote individually. It is a time saver. Cons I can't say anything bad at all. You definitely have to know your terms for volume shipments with each of your carriers or else you might quote something that should be a volume shipment as regular LTL. It is so easy to book a shipment with. I use it almost every day and rarely have any negative issues Pros I love the ease of getting quotes. Rarely any issues or bugs. Easy to use and learn. I feel like its a quick, secure, easy platform for my work needs. Help is always available and the staff that I have spoken with at MyCarrier are awesome!!! We have a paid subscription and I feel that it is a great value. Cons I wish we had more options for addresses to save in our account. We have over 1000 customers that we ship to and managing our address book has been a small struggle.
