### "RMM - Single pane of view"

Pros

It had a simple, unified platform. I appreciated having a single pane of glass for all of the important things for my devices.

Cons

Not enough 3rd-party patching software within the tool. We ultimately need a way to ensure all of our software is patched and up to date. Many other tools use the winget repository to get tertiary items updated.

Ultimately the Connectwise product was a better fit for us.

### "Great support tool"

I would use it for support but NOT for remote work. I have tried while on vacation, While on vacation it seems to take much more bandwidth than, say, native RDP.

Pros

It works through firewalls and on all devices. It is easy to set up. Easy to switch between devices. It is easy to transfer files.

Cons

It doesnt remember multi monitor settings. While connected, keyboard delays can be maddening. It is confusing to move a device from one group to another.

It's been very good. Good customer service. They'll even help with fixing a script. They have support staff dedicated to different areas that will help.

Pros

Integration of all products so I can access remote control, scripting, security, network monitoring through the same portal.

Cons

No refresh button, so I have to refresh in the browser and redo the filters. Lack of details on tasks, etc to get insight on what it's doing and what failed.

I have used it to monitor my tickets. This system was perfect for us to maintain our tickets. it was good.

Pros

I love using ConnectWise! This system was easy to use and The app I used was very good. I woudl recommend this app to anyone.

Cons

I have no issues with ConnectWise. The only issue I can think of was re-entereing my password each day.

Pros

I was using ConnectWise for 1 year, the best part of ConnectWise RMM that there was a lot of features you could use which made managing devices easy.

Cons

Not intuitive interface was what make using all those available tools very difficult. I am not saying it is bad product, but it takes a lot of time to learn it.

Pros

User friendly web interface, interactive graphics, simple layout and straightforward orientation of important information

Cons

None. The certification was super straightforward, didn't have any complaints. Got the whole thing done in a breeze

Pros

We like Remote Access/ Screen Connect features to access end-user laptops. live monitoring of servers is helpful and ability to get on them remotely

Cons

Cost is a little steep for how much we use it in our environment. Also really don't make much use of the RMM inventory tracking side of it, since we have so many other tools available though endpoint protection, etc. We also use intune as well so really haven't made use of app deployment or scripting

### "Avoid!! Overselling, Price increases year over year"

Was great for about a year, then went to trash - takes 4 tries and 6 months to sign a contract, found new provider, haven't used connectwise in 3 months, still paying for contract that should be null and void. Repeated calls and emails to account manager that provides nothing.

Pros

Decent product and integration with Webroot - Mobile app needs work - the screen preview option was nice to have

Cons

Account Manager - Sales Staff - Accounts Receivable Staff - Credit Collections Staff - Poor management

It has really reduced downtimes and allowed employees to do what they need to since we can deploy updates easily.

Pros

The ease of use and broad benefit of being able to manage our network environment using it was a big factor in deciding to deploy it across the company

Cons

Early on in the first few days of use, it was working well and gave some of us the false confidence that we knew what to do next, only to make a mistake. The help section was a big lifesaver.

Pros

Works well and easy to use. Easy to setup and use. NOC service intergrates well too.

Cons

Rather pricy compared to other products. Navigation between products could be a bit better

Pros

Easy of use and reporting, haven't used for that long so still figuring out all that it has to offer. Looking forward to using it!

Cons

Fairly new to using this product, but nothing that I have come across that I don't like. I picked up the basics very easy.

RMM, has so far, been a joy to work with. It contains 95% of the features we're used to, with a nice handful of handy additions which help us even more. My experience with it i very positive so far and I feel sure that we made the right move from Labtech/Automate.

Pros

We came across from Labtech, and he difference is like night and day. RMM feels fresh, is quick in its feel and encourages my team to use the software, as they enjoy doing so.

Cons

The tech support isn't very instant. Chatting is easy to do, but more often than not, it has to escalated. And then, you an be waiting for days for a response. I am currently onboarding a lot of clients so need instant answers to my queries.

Reason for choosing ConnectWise RMM

The main attraction was staying with Connectwise as we use ConnectWise Manage for our CRM and ticketing system. Linking them altogether was a huge pull.

Labtech/Automate has been stale in its feel for a number of years, and Connectwise have introduced RMM as he next level of RMM. So a replacement for the product.

The main part I use on the RMM is the reporting tool - and I do wish that this experience was a bit more user friendly. Since this integrates with tools, would be great to see that on the reporting side.

Pros

I truly like the ease to remote into a device - this is probably the BEST feature and most important. Coming from an LSP, we would use things like any connect or TEAMS but with having this RMM tool we can get into ANY of our devices which helps our clients immediately instead of in 2-3 business days.

Cons

I wish it was able to see ALL the devices a client has not just workstations and servers.
